10th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We sold our home on Stanley Gardens Road through Curchods with Rob, James and the team and had a really good experience overall. From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood. After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop. End result was a smooth sale, good outcome and a timeline that worked for our move abroad. Would definitely recommend them.

27th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Admin Rosie Goodall is most helpful to assist effectively and efficiently by cc me into accounts of my two relatives (who are Leaseholders of Latymer Court) as well as given her instruction to the estate office too. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

Rebecca, Lily, and Honor have all been absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive throughout our moving process. It was a true team effort, and each of them showed immense care, professionalism, and dedication from day one. Thanks to their continuous support, excellent communication, and perfect coordination with the landlord, everything went seamlessly. They answered every question with patience and made us feel completely supported. Our move is scheduled for Monday, and we couldn't be happier with the outstanding service provided by Rebecca, Lily, and Honor. 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

18th May 2025 (1 year ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
