22nd Jul 2023 (3 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

It makes such a difference to deal with a professional that is so efficient and dedicated to great client service. Highly recommended!
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…

Super responsive and have resolved any issues we've had within a few days - special shout out to Dorian who is always willing to drop by and help us out with whatever it is we need. Both our move-in and move out process was great and I would rent with them again if I could. Thank you guys!

1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

What a great team led by Hussein Madarbakus, who happened to be the agent who sold me my flat 10 years ago so i didn't hesitate to go to him to sell it recently. Daniel McHenry was put in charge of my flat sale and he was very professional, always available and showed up for me 200%. I am not very trusting of estate agents, but this is a team you can trust !
