3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Jakub Lasia was my dedicated agent at Barnard Marcus, and honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service he gave me.<br><br>Moving to London from wales was already a really stressful experience, but Jakub went above and beyond from beginning to end. I actually initially missed out on the flat I wanted because another offer went ahead, and I thought that was the end of it. Jakub didn’t just move on to the next client, he remembered me, kept following up, and when the original offer didn’t go through, he made sure I had the opportunity to secure the flat. I’m now moving into what genuinely feels like my dream home, and I really don’t think I would have got it without his persistence and dedication.<br><br>What stood out most was the personal touch. At no point did I feel like I was just another name or another client. He remembered the little details, checked in with me more than once without me having to chase him, patiently answered my endless questions, and made sure I understood every stage of the process. He genuinely made me feel like finding the right home for me mattered to him too.<br><br>Having dealt with quite a few agents during my search, the difference was honestly huge. Jakub was consistently warm, positive, reassuring and incredibly hospitable. Even when things were stressful, speaking to him immediately made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br><br>That same warmth carried through to the rest of the branch as well. When I went on to discuss my offer, the manager was equally welcoming and friendly, and I left the discussion feeling completely at ease with the agency and my decision.<br><br>Just an all-round brilliant experience. Professional without ever feeling impersonal, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely kind throughout. Jakub is an absolute credit to Barnard Marcus and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful experience much easier. Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)When we bought the flat it was for sale with Jorgensen Turner (Kilburn Branch). We had a good experience during that purchase transaction. We therefore did not hesitate in using their services to sell the property. A couple of weeks on the market and a few viewings later they secured an offer we could work with. There were some challenges along the way but Elliot and Richard did a sterling job in keeping all parties focused and assisted in bringing the sale to a happy conclusion. They know the area very well and are a highly capable & responsive team. Thank you

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. A genuinely impressive, professional and personable young man who never tired of us…..he has an unusually excellent manner and got to really understand what we were looking for….he actually listened to us ! And, he never wasted our time. He maintained a warm, friendly and incredibly professional manner throughout the extremely long process and we couldn’t recommend him any higher….and we are not easy!!

From the first time they came to visit the property, to their amazing advice on pricing and marketing, the organisation of the viewings and their selection of buyers, the experience has been fantastic. 24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.
