I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

My daughter living in London sourced Stuart, and from the time we were introduced I felt comfortable that I would be listened to and that properties would be presented in a progressive and thoughtful manner. I live in the US, so Stuart would often screen properties with my daughter, always being considerate of both of our schedules and input. He broadened the area of the search as I requested, and helped me be certain not only of the flat itself, but the neighborhood. His knowledge was impressive, as was his enthusiasm for the neighborhoods. I never felt pressure, and knew that I could take my time finding "My Flat". We all knew when it came, a testament to Stuarts capacity to narrow down the options. He then skillfully managed both the buyer and seller, which can be very tricky. It was very clear he had both of our best interests in mind, but also both of our trust. He connected me with all of the necessary legal and tax resources, always staying involved. As I was purchasing the flat with furniture and fixtures, and was on a timeline that was quite tight by UK standards, there was stress involved towards the completion. Stuart never over-promised, but continued to push the deal forward and to my delight we closed on-time and I moved in on my desired date. I highly recommend Stuart, and look forward to working with him again in the future!!!

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. He exceeded our expectations in every respect, and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work, support, and dedication. An absolute credit to the profession. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
