7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

She was responsive, transparent and easy to work with throughout the viewings, negotiations and conveyancing process.<br><br>Although the purchase did not proceed due to issues identified during due diligence, Chloe made a considerable effort to keep the transaction moving and regularly followed up with all parties.<br><br>Her communication and support made a difficult process much easier to manage. I would be happy to recommend her to both buyers and sellers.

Moving can often feel stressful and overwhelming, but she made everything feel smooth, organised, and straightforward.<br><br>She was always available to answer questions, kept us updated proactively, and genuinely made us feel supported from start to finish. Her professionalism combined with a warm and friendly approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thank you, Mimi, for helping me and my partner find and move into a place we’re so excited to call home. We’d highly recommend working with her to anyone looking to move in London.

Mark in particular is an example of what a great estate agent should be like!!! Top professional!!! Can't recommend Mark enough: no call left unreturned, direct communication (I mean how many estate agents can you communicate with directly on WhatsApp?), swift action, will go above and beyond, very people-centric approach, will make the deal go through regardless of setbacks or delays caused by lawyers, bureaucrats and others involved in the process. And very trustworthy - a word of a man! From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! Would 100% recommend Anthony, it couldn’t have gone any better ??????

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!

He has always replied promptly, taken the time to answer every question thoroughly and gone out of his way to obtain documents and information needed by our solicitors.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble, despite the many requests made during the legal process. From the first viewing Liz was very responsive, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. As the purchase progressed she was always very transparent and communicative and we never felt out of the loop. In what is always going to be a stressful experience she made it as straightforward as can be. Also kindly provided some excellent recommendations on other professionals we ended up using for conveyancing and surveys. Exceptionally professional and can't recommend her highly enough.
21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Foxtons Maida Vale has problems with rental department. They underpaid rent due to me by withholding extra commissions then agreed. Paid me less by over £1500, even we have written agreement. Around 2 months I am chasing them, i wrote everyone: negotiator, head of Maida Vale department, head of the area and general Foxtons compliance. They simply were not responding and not acknowledging my complaint. Total breach of Foxtons own complaint process. Finally after 2 months I got refund. They could’ve been more officiant. I gave them 1 star eventually, but corrected it now as they finally put the things right

He made what could have been a stressful process so much easier and was always there whenever we needed him. We never felt pressured and always knew he had our best interests at heart. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

He was clear, communicative and transparent throughout, and happy to accommodate multiple viewings and guide us through the process. 30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.<br><br>I paid £50,000 in deposit and first month’s rent after being told the tenancy was proceeding. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the tenancy was no longer going ahead and that my money would be refunded.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward refund turned into months of chasing, broken promises and constant delays. I was repeatedly assured that payment was imminent, but the money did not arrive. The situation became so serious that I had to involve the police before any meaningful progress was made.<br><br>Only after police involvement was part of my money returned. Even now, I am still waiting for more than £4,000 that should have been refunded long ago.<br><br>During this process, the CEO personally contacted me and asked me to remove my negative reviews, promising that my refund would be completed if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith because I simply wanted my money back. Despite that, I am still chasing the outstanding balance.<br><br>No customer should have to involve the police, negotiate with a CEO, remove honest reviews, and spend months chasing their own money after a tenancy falls through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I would urge anyone considering handing over large sums of money to carry out thorough due diligence before doing so.
