We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. As a renter this is extremely important as the London market is very competitve and moves very quickly. Having someone listen to your needs and put in the effort to meet those needs goes a long way. Jessie was extremely communicative and prompt. 5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We recently appointed Hamptons as the sales agent to sell our house in third avenue, w10. The process was led on Hamptons side by Ryan Openshaw who did a highly professional job in managing the process from end to end. Ryan was able to generate significant interest on the property and despite dealing with challenging access terms by our tenant he managed the prospective buyers very well to avoid any dips in interest. Throughout the process going into offer, then exchange and finally completion we were kept very well informed as the sellers despite being located permanently in Asia. I would highly recommend Hamptons and specifically Ryan to anyone wishing to sell their property in the area.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

It was incredibly fast and both of them guided us thru the process and helped insure it was as stress free as possible. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area and 100% would work with them again.

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!
