From the outset, Kareena was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was her balanced and fair approach. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved. Kareena also demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the legal and conveyancing process. She stayed on top of key milestones, proactively chased both sets of solicitors when needed, and regularly kept all parties updated. Her communication and coordination helped keep the transaction moving and gave me confidence throughout what can often be a stressful process. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. I know why my parents chose him and I have utmost confidence in him as he made a stressful situation seamless.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. James helped sell my mum's property in 2022 and Huw (& Max) have now helped me as a property owner renting her flat for the 1st time. They were kind, friendly, diligent, well informed, responsive and especially patient with me in this process and I could not be happier with my tenant. I feel like they really listened to my specific needs. Would highly recommend.
