23rd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.
18th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I purchased a house from Shenley Estates and although selling and buying a house is far from a pleasant experience, Shenley Estates get the job done. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.

8th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Engel made our selling journey incredibly smooth from start to finish. From the initial valuation, she arranged an excellent photographer who captured our property beautifully and presented it in the best possible way.
She took ownership of the entire process, coordinating viewings efficiently and keeping us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was her commitment to gathering feedback from every viewer and promptly sharing it with us. She always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next – a level of communication we have not experienced with other estate agents.
She remained positive, professional, and ensured that accurate information was communicated to all parties throughout the process. Her dedication, transparency, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.
Honestly, had we worked with someone else, I don't think we would have enjoyed the selling process nearly as much. Engel made the entire journey easy and stress-free. On top of that, her fees are genuinely competitive and offer excellent value for the service she provides.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends. If you're looking for an estate agent who delivers outstanding service, clear communication, and a smooth selling experience, Engel is the person to go to.

8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Marc at Living Residential. I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.
Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.

Minimal viewings
Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage
No communication from the estate agent
I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Selling:: Jamie went above and beyond regarding viewings, times that suited both the buyers and us, He really took his time getting the right photos and researching our area, he was informative, honest and was always reachable directly when you needed him as opposed to getting passed from pillar to post with an agent!
He kept us informed the whole way through our sale (and it was a long one) he remained positive, patient and invested , he even kept on top of the legal side to help us get our sale over the line!
Buying:: After our onward property falling through very close to exchange via another agent we had a chain of buyers and no house to go to…..we were at the point of giving up when Jamie and Brooke went out and leaflet dropped at a number of houses we liked in area in the hope they could repair the chain for us all , and that they did!! ??????
We found our dream home from a very lovely family Brooke put us in touch with , and the last bit ran ever so smoothly, thanks to the updates and communication from Spensers!
I can’t thank them enough,
And I can’t recommend them highly enough either!
