Damien provided a better than expected but realistic valuation based on the current local housing market. He provided practical advice on which type of buyer would give a fair price but would also enable a quick house sale. House was sold within 6 months at a price I was very happy with! What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.<br><br>I've also been impressed by the wider team. Everyone I've dealt with has been engaged, responsive and clearly takes pride in their work. Communication has been prompt throughout, and questions have been answered quickly and thoughtfully. In particular, the photographer took considerable care to showcase the character of the property, and the resulting experience felt far more professional than a typical estate agency appointment.<br><br>We're only at the beginning of the process, but my experience so far has been extremely positive and I would happily recommend Yasmin and the Brookings team.
