5th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Worst estate agents in Edgware.
13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Harrassed by estate agent non stop
1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Excellent experience in working with Statons on our purchase. Maria was very responsive and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Statons enough if you’re buying in the area.
4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very flexible to deal with. Very motivating. Perfect dealings.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.

We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.

After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.
25th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Best agents in north London.
16th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)I dealt with Lilli on lettings and found her very helpful, professional and friendly. She was easy to talk to and would highly recommend her. Thanks for all your help.
1st May 2026 (6 mo. ago)I highly recommend Bennett & Hall agency if you are looking to rent. The team is responsive, understanding and acts quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your help.
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)When we decided to sell our property, I made enquiries with a number of estate agents. However, the moment I met Farooq, I knew he was the right person to act on our behalf.

From the outset, Farooq was professional, warm and courteous. His knowledge of the local area, combined with his extensive experience with similar properties, gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands.

He wasted no time in securing an offer for our property, and we completed the sale well within the national average timeframe. Throughout the entire process, Farooq was attentive, knowledgeable and always kept us informed.

I would highly recommend Farooq and Glen Hall to anyone looking to sell a property in the New Southgate or Arnos Grove area. An excellent service from start to finish!
26th May 2024 (2 years ago)ABC Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service from both their Edgware and Hendon offices is totally professional and welcoming. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Ruining the value of the area with undervaluations for quick commissions, their shop front is shambolic too with a sheet in the window, cowboy agency.
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Raphael is an excellent estate agent and, more importantly, a genuinely kind-hearted gentleman. He has been incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout the process.

Unfortunately, due to reason on my side, we couldn’t proceed with the property this time. I truly appreciate his support, patience and the way he treated us. I also discovered today that some of his messages had gone into my unknown senders folder, which I had unfortunately missed. I’m sorry I missed them but I gave reply today

I would absolutely be happy to work with Raphael again in the future and would certainly consider Raphael’s agency

Thank you, Raphael, for all your help, patience and understanding. I genuinely appreciate your efforts and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, helpful and trustworthy estate agent.
9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Been like this for over a year and still trading
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had a really good experience with Shiva and the letting team! They were super helpful, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Everything was handled smoothly, and they were always happy to answer my questions. Really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them!
8th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Great company, friendly and professional, always a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend the Property Sisters to anyone looking to move within North West London - they are the experts! :)
24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Lorna was very helpful from start to finish. Experienced realtor!
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.

Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Gyan has been so helpful in the process of securing our flat. Easily the most genuine and thoughtful estate agent I've seen.
15th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Jason and the team were fantastic to sell our property with. They go above and beyond to help and get that sale completed! It was a pleasure to have worked with you. Thank you for all you did, to get the job done.
30th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)We sold a house in NW4 through Eli G and he was reliable, straightforward to deal with, and very knowledgable about the areas in which he works. In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Best agents in north London.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Luke was so helpful and patient while I navigated my first time renting in the UK. Highly recommend their team!
23rd Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Open Homes. The entire process of moving into my new home was smooth, well organised and completely stress-free. I especially appreciated the helpful orientation and clear guidance provided throughout the process.

Pratik was professional, supportive and made sure everything was explained clearly, which made settling into my new home much easier. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Open Homes to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agency. ?????
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Aaron did a great job in selling our home recently. He has a great deal of local knowledge and connections within millbrook
