24th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have just completed on the sale of a property in Highgate through Lichfields who despite getting me the best price found a buyer in an exceptionally short time. This was all the more impressive as it was over the Christmas/New year period. From the moment Giselle valued the property i knew i had made the right decision. She was friendly, enthusiastic and professional with a great knowledge of the local property market. As with all probate sales problems and queries can arise during conveyancing but these were dealt with by Giselle and John timely and professionally and they were both a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use Lichfields again and would have no hesitation in recommending Giselle and John as two people who will go the extra mile to achieve the best outcome for the client.

Mr Bulent is without a doubt the key foundation at Peter Barry , and we held every confidence with them due to his presence and conduct. The viewing to completing contracts was as easy as 1.2.3. My partner and I highly recommend and cannot praise them and him especially enough. Thank you guys for impeccable service. 5 stars simply ain’t enough. ????????

They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Not only sis he give me advice on the sale of my property buy one I was purchasing having as well, which was above what he needed to do. James and David found a buyer quickly and it was the process from offer to completion is where they excelled even more. David outlined the time and and stages and would literally update me every week. He would contact all parties involved. He cut through anything irrelevant and just gave me the info I needed to know. Absolutely fantastic job. And really nice people
