7th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. Thank you to all of the team for a truly fantastic service in what was at the time a challenging market. We wish you all continued success!! Sarah and Joe
2nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)I have recently rented my property out via Kings Enfield and have been very pleased with the entire process. Kings have a large clientele, my property was like gold dust with this management company and they excelled from start to finish. Elleisha and Sophie in particular have worked exceptionally hard to ensure it has all been a smooth process, they both found me the perfect tenants (so far so good) and have had fantastic communication with myself throughout. I have been a bit of a nightmare at times, asking endless questions, not accepting offers and making the process longer than it needed to be, but they never made me feel I was being a burden, and here we are today! Happy tenants and a happy landlord, thank you very much!
4th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Sebastien Andreu came out to our home to begin the sale process. He was very polite & professional and made us feel comfortable going with KFH for our sale. Liam Huseyin took on the job of selling our house. He was exceptional, his knowledge with every part (and more) of the process was faultless. Any problems or concerns were always dealt with promptly by Liam and he would always make himself available to chat should I just walk in, which I did often. Liam did a superb job on our sale. Also a mention to Beyzan Beyzade who was our contact when Liam was out of the office, she advised and saw that all messages were passed on appropriately. All round a fantastic team to work with!

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. 22nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.

20th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.

The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!
