7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend you avoid any dealings with this agency. By far, they are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication is awful, listening skills are even worse, and their lack of efficiency, combined with false hope will exhaust all your energy. You will only manage to get in touch with them after numerous calls. Looking at other reviews, it's clear I am not the first or the last to of experienced this. They are extremely untrustworthy, unreliant, and disorganised. Their communication style will send you dizzy, as they attempt to waffle you off the phone to avoid any dealings.

9th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Got an apartment on rent through them last year in London and 3 months in we find out the property is ceased by bank and then the agency just disappeared and now we have been living in uncertainty as to what is gonna happen next. Why was the property and the landlord not fully vetted before being rented out to us.

Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????

14th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord. An unethical landlord with no concern. GREEDY

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads
