Right from the get-go they were all over every aspect of the sale and in constant communication with the various parties. She went over and beyond what would have normally been expected of her role - right from coordinating with lawyers to helping with moving furniture! Would highly recommend TLC to other sellers.

When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. 18th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)They scam people like it’s a normal thing to do. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! You need to investigate everything by yourself to triple make sure and then put everything into the contract if they promise anything. Just an example during our purchase: Purchased this flat with bathroom leak. Promised it’s already fixed. Got a surveyor myself and got back to me it’s still leaking. Promised again it’s fixed. Promised us for the 3rd time, just before the purchase!!! said “they spent £4000 to fix it properly” Bought the flat, moved in, even not a single sign that the bath panel is opened. All silicone around it are old. And, it’s still leaking with severe damp issue (damp meter showing 45%) Asked them to fix after the purchase but don’t get any reply after weeks.- 2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Saadat was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He made sure to answer all of my questions and was very supportive and friendly. Most importantly he always kept me in the loop so I never felt like I was left in the dark. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences.
