15th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)Sales consultant Johnny Hyslop was amazing, incredibly efficient and a constant support moving flats - a complex operation with many moving parts but nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he worked tirelessly for me and my buyer to secure a smooth transition. Jackson Stops Pimlico & Westminster is absolutely first rate. The advice I received was thoughtful, wise and incredibly helpful throughout - and my sincere thanks also to Harry Buchanan.

21st Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

Without Cameron’s continuous support and communication, we wouldn’t have found the flat that met all of our criteria and high expectations. I’ve had very negative experiences in the past with other estate agents, however couldn’t be more impressed with the high calibre of this estate agent. It was evident throughout the entire process that Cameron and his colleagues cared about us and offering help whenever it was required. We are very happy in our new flat and are super grateful to Cameron and all the Battersea Reach colleagues who made our process so seamless and enjoyable.
2nd Aug 2024 (24 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Claudia could not have been more helpful and came up with several different options for me to review and quickly understood my requirements. She came up with lots of ideas and encouraged me to consider properties I would otherwise have dismissed which really helped when settling on the property I am currently buying. Could not have been happier with the service I received.

We got regular updates and good guidance throughout. And it was a genuine pleasure dealing with them, in particular Tom Harvey & Sarah Hickmott.
