Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!

9th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.

20th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Hannah arranged viewings of 5 properties back to back as we were doing a 450 mile round trip in one day. Made us feel comfortable viewing all properties, courteous and knowledgable of the area. Look forward to moving to Meva soon
21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

They have both been a tower of strength to me and my family during what can be a stressful life event. They have acted efficiently and impeccably right from the start and never too busy to answer or explain the slightest query. I felt very relaxed with them, they always made the buyer viewings at my convenience and I felt very happy to have them show people round my home, even in my absence. These two ladies I would describe as iron fists in velvet gloves - they are sincere, very pleasant and friendly at all times but at the same time very focused and highly professional at all times . I can't recommend them highly enough.
