22nd Oct 2023 (2 years ago)A gem of a pub, tucked away in a pretty little village, best when the tide is in, the reflections on the water looking towards Plymouth are wonderful. Friendly staff, good ales and attractive interior with log burning stove. Lovely garden to enjoy the sun and views.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

1st Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property. Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).

19th May 2017 (9 years ago)Awful agents to be a tenant with, use them if you want to be charge £125 every 12 months to have a date changed on your contract, if you want your deposit back be prepared to wait, aperently a bank transfer takes 5-7 working days! A company who cares only for landlords and the bottom line, company have left one very stressed out employee to run the branch single handedly. Stay clear if you can, but hay they can always find another mug to rent off them.

27th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Mel behaviour is very unprofessional and bites back when you don’t want to make an offer on a property. Offered a previous survey that she stated was really good, after a 4 day delay waiting for it having to ask three times. The survey has about £40,000 of repairs. She states “I feel really sad for you that you lose out, never mind” I’m disgusted at the behaviour.
12th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have read all the reviews and agree with everything that has been written, there is no exaggeration. Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. Very different from the usual Estate Agent experience- I think they had better take a note or she’ll sweep the board! Thank you so much Suzanne.
4th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Jack was friendly and kind he understood our situation and was totally invested in us His knowledge of the market and area was top notch He kept us informed and gave us friendly and solid advice when it was needed Jack is a credit to the company and nothing was to much trouble My interaction was good telephone always answered in the office by a very nice gentleman who was always upbeat and helpful always passing on any message Our experience with yourselves has been one of positivity and professional friendliness even in a very difficult market Thankyou ????
