19th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

21st Mar 2026 (11 days ago)What can I say about James other than he’s fantastic! I started this process nervously, wary of sales people and not sure I wanted to sell my house! I went to look at a property full of nerves and not sure if I was doing the right thing. James was gentle caring and was genuinely interested in why I was looking. At no point did he give me the oh so familiar sales patter and just guided me through the viewing. Based on the viewing I quickly realised he was the best person to sell my house and looked no where else. James has held my hand throughout the process of selling and buying my house with honesty , integrity and understanding. He is no longer just our estate agent, he has become a valued friend. I could not have done this without him. He went above and beyond to support my needs and showed patience throughout when I asked lots of potentially daft questions! I would without hesitation recommend him and have to friend's . This process is stressful and anxiety provoking, James’s self awareness , knowledge and honesty made this journey so much easier and I am so grateful to him for his dedication and kindness throughout and to his lovely wife for letting us share him when he should have been enjoying a holiday! A true professional and now a dear friend , thank you !
