2nd Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)From our initial valuation Peter was very knowledgeable about the local market, and gave me a fair and representative valuation of my home. All staff are extremely responsive, and gave an immediate response to any queries raised. Every 'phone call or email was responded to, and if needed action was taken. Scarlett attended appointments with interested clients and was friendly and professional throughout. She put together a really lovely social media video to advertise my home, on top of usual advertising. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way by Amanda and Amie. I would recommend Seasons Estate Agents in Looe. They have been friendly, respectful and professional throughout the process of selling my home.
27th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

So helpful always keeping me in the loop, they genuinely care about the seller and the buyer. Would highly recommend Stratton Creber to anyone buying or selling.- 28th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)The agent valued our house and told us that they would get 20 people in straight away for viewings. This was the main reason that we went with them. They told us that they had hundreds of people on their books looking for properties in our area. Needless to say, as soon as we signed the contract, there wasn't one single viewing booked in. Eventually we had one viewing and were told that the gentleman loved it and would like a second viewing with his wife. That never materialised and I was continually chasing the agent for feedback. As we were approaching 6 months with Stratton Creaber and had only had one viewing, we served notice on the contract and instantly had another viewing booked in. Again, we were told that the couple loved the property but had others to view and would get back to them the following week. To date, we have had no feedback from that whatsoever. We were told that there would be a video of our property in the advertising, however, this was just a few photographs strung together with the name of the road over them - they could not get the name of the road correct so even that "video" could not be used. The valuation that we were given at the first visit was one that we were happy with, any less and we would not have put the house up for sale. When the agent returned with the contract for signing, he had put the price at £25k less than that discussed previously. When I said that it had to be at the original price discussed, he said that the commission on any sale would be calculated on the asking price, not the selling price because of this! After over 40 years of home ownership and dealing with numerous estate agents over those years, I can honestly say that this has been our worst experience of an estate agent and would absolutely not recommend them.

I initially spoke to a couple of other mortgage advisors for a Decision in Principle and early discussions, but he managed to secure me a much better deal with a higher mortgage amount! Will be recommending Marcus for anyone looking for a Mortgage Advisor

Nothing was too much trouble and they were prompt and proactive in trying to help things along. We were much reassured and knew we had the best advice and help possible. Thank you all.

Not a straightforward purchase, yet Jackie handled all parties involved in the most professional manner and mediated the inevitable issues that arise in a very sensitive way. I couldn't fault her. As someone who normally dislikes dealing with Estate Agents, the Coastal Team have been a different experience entirely. I'd recommend them to any prospective sellers or buyers.

29th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)The conveyancing process was difficult as it involved creating a new title deed. GTH were always helpful and courteous, kept us up to date with issues, worked to speed up the process between the solicitors, helped with access during the long period between the offer acceptance and completion and offered helpful information on the idiosyncrasies of the property. Overall we had an excellent service.
