Lots of helpful communication throughout the process and helped out with extra requests like arranging a visit for measuring up - all in all Ryan made the process very easy.<br>Highly recommend Ryan and the Frank Innes team.

The last couple of weeks were quite stressful, but Lucy was absolutely amazing from start to finish.<br>She was always helpful, professional, reassuring and so lovely to deal with. She went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and straightforward as possible, and I really felt supported throughout.<br>Thank you so much, Lucy, for all your hard work and for being so wonderful. 1st Sep 2026 (13 days ago)**Very Poor Letting Agent**<br><br>Extremely disappointed with our experience. We have had a broken window for over a year, despite communicating this with them several times, multiple people coming out to inspect it. Still no avail, they even asked for us to coordianate and push for updates on the repair which as the tenant is not our responsibility to arrange the repair.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, and the issue has been repeatedly delayed with no proper resolution. A basic repair should not take over a year. Very poor service and professionalism. I would not recommend.- 4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Barbra Connor and Dylan were all very helpful! I was very excited to see get a place but last minute it didn’t work out (not their fault) and they found a new place with the same price that I could move in last minute. Very friendly. 6th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)A very overwhelming process deciding to sell your house but was made as stress free and straight forward as possible using Bairstow Eves<br><br>We did enquire with a handful of estate agents initially, to understand what would be involved and costs, and very grateful that Bairstow were patient and respectful waiting for us to choose. Lauren came over to value the house and sit us down to go through the process- helping to answer all our questions, daft or not!<br><br>It was really fascinating to see and hear how and why houses had been sold and what she expected ours to do. The local knowledge and down to earth ways of going about selling houses, was what won us over<br><br>Comms when sorting the viewings was very pain free, and they very much appreciated the fact that we didn’t want to do the viewings. One thing I would note is that for any estate agent, is to ensure the person doing the viewing does know as much about the house as possible so they can help answer any obvious questions- for example, what the building at the back of our house was, which was an outbuilding.<br><br>Lauren checked in throughout the whole process and gave such great advice. Amber was always happy to pick up the phone and make sure things were moving along nicely. Tegan was exceptional in making that last big push to get to the end.<br><br>I highly doubt that if we ever emailed again after everything has completed, they wouldn’t hesitate in getting back to us straight away.<br><br>Thanks Bairstow for making our lives as easy as possible!
2nd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Great service and attention from start to finish. David's indepeth knowledge of the area help us to price realistically and sell quick. Natasha was helpful, and friendly, as well as bring profesional. We felt we could ask her anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Viewed a number of houses with a number of different agents and Scott at Sharman Burgess was by far and away the best we dealt with. Not knowing the area too well we were reliant on his expertise and knowledge. Our purchase ended up going through in just 8 weeks. Scott or Chris always came<br>back to me with an update when I asked for one. It was a very smooth and easy process and I would happily recommend them and will be using them for sure when we come to sell. Thanks guys

18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Were my estate agents at whilst I was at University. Really poor in terms of arranging things to be fixed and replaced. My bed broke and wasn’t usable and it genuinely took them over a month to replace. It was similar for the multiple leaks I had in the room. My room was essentially uninhabitable and they did nothing to fix<br>Were fair and quick to give back the deposit to be fair to them but my overall experience was really poor and I’d be mindful about renting with them. Clearly do take advantage of students and provide a really poor and slow service.<br><br>Reply to Nicholas Humphrey’s: it was definitely Nicholas Humphrey’s. It was a few years ago but I can still remember it. Maybe spend more time improving your level of service and less time taking advantage of students and pretending to look at your records and denying things.

24th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Since in the past we had good experience with Royston & Lund Estate Agents we decided to use their services again. Graham Sheardon inspected the property, had a good discussion with us and suggested a market price at which the property was advertised. From then onwards we were regularly informed about the interest in the property by Alex Mills. There were lots of ups and downs while the house was advertised but with the perseverance of R&L staff, especially Alex Mills, with her negotiating skills the sale was finally agreed with buyers. Then Lucy Neath took over as the Sales Progressor. She communicated regularly as to how the sale was progressing and responded promptly to any questions or queries we had, especially with the buyers or vice versa. We would like to thank all the R&L staff at West Bridgford branch for the help and support they gave us. Best wishes from Sardul Gill and Inderjit Gill

18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
