The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Michael was very approachable, and the marketing was fantastic, particularly the highly effective video tour.<br>I cannot thank Ginene, Nina and Amber in the Glossop office enough. They were always so friendly, helpful and proactive, responding very quickly to any questions and offering excellent advice. They kept me fully updated about viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br>I am extremely grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation in recommending Country Holmes.

Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly.
