Dawood was professional throughout the whole process, and everyone I dealt with were lovely people and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

They were professional, yet so approachable, efficient and so willing to help and answer my many questions throughout the process.... thank you particularly to Jane and Kitty for your kindness and exemplary work.
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this estate agency. From the start, it was clear they only care about pushing through a quick sale rather than actually understanding what I need. They pressured me to fit their timescale with zero consideration for my personal circumstances or capacity to move at that pace.<br><br>There was also no attempt to understand what I’m looking for in my next property. I specifically need a 3-4 bed detached house, and despite telling the agent this, I kept receiving listings for 2 bed semis instead from the ‘agent’ Mandip Nagra. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my requirements.<br><br>On top of that, when I asked to rearrange a photography session for my house, Mandip was genuinely rude to me about it, saying that I was making the estate agent lose money. He spoke to me in a condescending tone stating ‘you do know that this isn’t the first time you’ve tried to rearrange the photography session, right?’ That interaction was the final straw of why I decided to pull out of the sale entirely. If a basic conversation about rearranging a booking turns into rudeness, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in how the rest of the process would be handled.<br><br>Overall, this experience has left me feeling like a number rather than a client. I’d expect basic listening skills and courtesy as standard, and this agency failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want an agent who actually takes your needs into account. I really hope the manager, Steve, will speak to Mandip regarding my complaint about his attitude as this will continue to push customers away if it is not corrected.

2nd Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)From start to finish, the rental team, Mark, Ellenie and Chris were so professional, supportive and helpful. Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. We are first time sellers and dealing with WHB put us off entirely that we took the house off the market and are going to try again in a couple of years (with another estate agent).<br><br>(To be clear, when we cancelled the contract I emailed them with our experience and it went unanswered)<br><br>In summary:<br>1. We expected a consultative experience. Being guided through the selling process with recommendations on what to do. Instead we’d get calls asking us what we wanted to do… if we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying you thousands in fees.<br>2. Liberty is in serious need of training. Any push back or challenge and she hands you off to Jared, during negotiations with a prospective buyer she relayed incorrect information on their offer, and speaking with the offerees directly communication with them was non existent. From the same offerees we were told that Liberty really doesnt understand the house she is selling, any of its unique features (even though we sent an email detailing them) and instead just guessed.<br>3. We had 4 viewings in 4 months, zero advice on what to do. With one viewing they were an elderly couple looking for a bungalow (for context we are a 3 story with steep stairs)<br>4. We received an incredibly low offer. This offer was delivered with no advice, no suggestions on next steps, no consultation. Just "here's the offer, what do you wanna do?" This offer was given around lunchtime, to which we countered and I had to chase a call the morning after to find out what was going on.<br><br>Rather than the consultative experience we expected, it feels like they are just order takers.<br><br>Based on our experience id encourage you to avoid.

25th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)??????????<br><br>My husband and I were listed with another agent in Towcester for about 5 months with barely any viewing before making the switch to MG.<br><br>Within 1 week MG delivered and found us a buyer! We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises.<br><br>My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors ??????) but MG always remained professional and in the loop.<br><br>??????????

From the get go Mike and Ginene offered their professional advice, supporting me through the difficult decisions I struggled to make.<br><br>The process continuing to flow in a peaceful direction by Nina’s exceptional support, bubbly and energetic in nature she kept all parties very well informed immediately on receipt to aid the progression of the sale. She constantly liaised between the same to manage expectations and prompt when needed to aid the completion of each step. Her methods elevated unwanted stress that most will know this kind of event has a reputation of carrying.<br><br>She deserves a massive pat on the back and I have no doubt she will apply her professionalism, good intentions and dedication to all her future sales. They are an extremely professional, friendly and reliable team who are always a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Communication is excellent, everything is handled efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their landlords and tenants and about maintaining properties to a high standard.<br><br>Lesley in particular is always approachable, organised and great to work with, and the same can be said for the rest of the team. A very well-run letting agency with a great group of people behind it.<br><br>Would highly recommend Belvoir West Bridgford to any landlord looking for a professional and dependable team to manage their property.

Our success was due to their knowledge of the local market & giving us fantastic advice in relation to the pricing and marketing of our home.<br><br>During the whole process, communication was fantastic and we received regular updates at every stage.<br><br>We sat on the market for 12 weeks before moving to JG, and it was the best decision we made. During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! They kept me updated whenever new information came through, which made what can be an incredibly stressful process so much easier. In particular, Becky, who was assigned to our chain, was fantastic. She provided me with a weekly update throughout the process, which gave me real peace of mind and meant I always knew what was happening.<br><br>Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about getting everyone through the process as smoothly as possible. Without a doubt, Adam Purnell Estate Agents are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.<br><br>I have since recommended them to friends and family, and I'm delighted that some of those I've recommended have gone on to sell their properties through Adam Purnell's as a result.<br><br>They may be more expensive than some other estate agents, but in my opinion, they are absolutely worth every penny.
