Since the first viewing with Sienna, where she was patient and informative as I asked a million questions, down to liaising over email with herself and Mason. Would recommend choosing Brown and Merry in Stony Stratford if you want an amazing and reliable service ??????.
14th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.- 23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.

Toby was great, he knew what I was looking for & rang to let me know as soon as a property became available, giving me first viewing. I am now living happily in my new home due to him..thank you Toby. Toby is a very friendly, approachable & professional person. When I collected the keys, I was given a welcome pack, which is a lovely idea & much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ark Property.

He is highly professional, honest, straightforward, and delivers an outstanding level of service from start to finish.

9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I sold my house through HAUS Chesterfield, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were confident about the value of my home, even though another estate agent told me I should list it for £10,000 less. HAUS Chesterfield achieved the higher asking price, and I accepted an offer from only the second viewer.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth and genuinely stress-free. Having sold property before, I was expecting months of chasing people, constant phone calls and unnecessary stress, but this couldn’t have been more different. Everything was handled professionally, communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt like everything was in safe hands. All I really had to do was answer the odd phone call and complete a few bits of paperwork.<br><br>The whole team at HAUS Chesterfield were fantastic from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way, were always friendly and approachable, and made what is usually one of life’s most stressful experiences feel effortless.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HAUS Chesterfield to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
