In particular Sarah Rhodes was fab, always available to speak to and nothing was too much trouble. We've dealt with other agents along the way and found that Sarah and the team were the best and would definately use them again in the future if we need to:)

When Charlene from Frank Innes called to let us know that a house we'd enquired about previously had come back on the market, we were over the moon. We made the long trek to Chesterfield one evening and met Charlene at the property the next morning. We fell in love with the house and, since then, Charlene has been amazing. She kept us up to date at each key stage and even met us at the house again to measure up before our tenancy had even started. We'd can't thank her enough for her help and support throughout the whole process. 5 stars.

22nd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

She kept us updated every step of the way and nothing was too much effort for her. The house buying process is such a stressful time but Ellie helped ease this stress as was always available via phone and email and did a brilliant job of updating us and chasing our solicitors.
