4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I would like to say thank you to Sara and her team for such efficient service during the sale of a property from a deceased estate.<br>Sara is passionate about property and very personable. Her team are equally dedicated and professional.<br><br>Google will not allow me to write a second review for Nest, despite me using them again recently. I would like to say that Sara and her team gave us equally superb service and attention to detail during the sale of my Mother's bungalow in Broughton Astley. Selling the homes of both my mother and my mother in law in less than six months has been a difficult time for our family, but Sara and team helped the transaction to go through with as little trouble as possible. They are dependable, answer queries quickly and keep the lines of communication open at all times. Do consider using Nest as they are a great team and won't let you down - transparent, honest and don't make false promises, just what you need when selling a home.

Our house moving experience wasn’t the smoothest due to terrible solicitor practise however, Shanaya went above and beyond to ensure we secured our new property. She even took the time to check in on us to see if there was anything we needed and we felt cared for during the process and nothing was ever too much to ask.<br>Thanks again Shanaya!

Dean helped with every step of the process, and explained terms to us in the process which, as first time buyers, we didn't understand. Would definietly go through Dean again if needed.

25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have a very bad experience with this agency. I was supposed to be moved in on 20th Aug, and they called me in the morning to tell me that the toilet and shower weren’t working, while i confirmed the flat more than 2 weeks ago, and the worst part is Becky’s behaviour, she was so rude and said it wasnt her responsibility to look after these things, i was surprised then how was she renting out the flats without checking, she said they just check one day ago, she literally said it wasnt her fault that the flat got faulty toilet and shower room, she said it wasnt her responsibility. She sounded so irresponsible, insensitive and arrogant lady, i emailed her twice about the update she even stopped replying me. Top of that, when next day i entered the flat which was 21st aug while i was supposed to be in on 20th, i found the flat very dirty, the floor was filled with bits and the toilet looked nasty , wasnt clean at all. I wonder how she is doing this, totally irresponsible, unprofessional, arrogant and insensitive person i ever saw in marketing field. I wont recommend this agency to anyone. There are far more better people than her and this agency. Also, they didnt have any packet to put the agreement papers in, they just handed me over loose sheets, on asking about the packet or envelope they said they dont have it. That was ridiculous , and the person who was handing me over the keys didnt know what those keys are for. Oh God….

9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Although I hope I will never move again, if I were to do so, I would definitely use Freckleton Brown again. Thank you, Donna, for all your hard work and support.

They were instrumental in helping us complete our sale and purchase during a particularly tricky process—not through any fault of their own. Matt and Harry were fantastic, with excellent communication, and went above and beyond throughout the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

22nd Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

The whole process was quick and completely hassle-free, and he made everything feel very easy and straightforward.<br>He was genuinely lovely and helpful, and I really appreciated how friendly and professional he was. A great first experience moving into my new apartment! ??????

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We would absolutely recommend Georgina to anyone. Thank you again ??????

7th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Avoid Avoid Avoid.<br>Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Frank Innes Bingham<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property through Frank Innes in Bingham to think very carefully before proceeding. Our experience with their customer service from the very beginning has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I would give one star only for the property viewing. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a very poor experience.<br><br>Frank Innes were fully aware that we were moving from Essex, yet we were asked to travel all the way to Bingham simply to sign the inventory document. I had to drive approximately six hours just to complete this paperwork, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable considering our circumstances.<br><br>However, the worst experience happened on the day we moved. We were already travelling with all our household belongings when we received a call informing us that the property had no electricity and that we would need to arrange this ourselves. This information should have been communicated to us well before our moving day.<br><br>It was a Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to contact the electricity supplier immediately. As a result, we were left without electricity and had to stay in a hotel for two days, despite having already moved our belongings and being ready to move into the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense.<br><br>To make matters worse, we were provided with a mouldy fridge, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We contacted Frank Innes multiple times by email regarding these issues, but received little to no response.<br><br>We even went personally to the Bingham office to try to resolve the situation. Instead of actually dealing with the problem, we were simply told to send an email. We showed the staff the emails we had already sent, and we were then told that a message would be sent internally so that someone could respond. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a professional letting agent.<br><br>The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, especially when you are moving your entire household from another part of the country and relying on the letting agent to ensure the property is ready for occupation.<br><br>Communication has been extremely poor, the handling of the move was unacceptable, and the lack of response to our concerns has been very disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend Frank Innes Bingham to anyone looking for a property to rent. If you are considering renting through them, I would strongly suggest making sure everything is confirmed in writing before moving in and checking that essential services and facilities are actually available.<br><br>This has been an awful experience from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope other tenants do not have to go through what we have experienced.
