I originally put my house up for sale with another very known estate on Chingford mount E4. They quickly found me a buyer, someone known to them that buys and sells properties through them. After nearly reaching exchange position they tried to drop me £25000 because they just wanted to. When I asked the agents if they had been following up my sale making sure that things were going well it was a NO. £2000 less in my pocket I went straight to Coultons in Chingford E4, what can I say, very friendly helpful people that go out there way to help. They found me a buyer and followed it through, constantly communicating with me every step of the way. They are all professionals and enjoy doing their job. I mainly delt with Euan, real gentleman. He would do anything he can to make everything go smoothly. Up to the completion day he was calling to make sure all was well.
