She carried out my viewing of the flat that I now have because of her, and she was very approachable and answered all the questions I had. Even throughout the referencing process, she kept me updated on everything, even through all of the delays. She always kept me in the loop to ensure I knew what was happening with the landlord and their decision making. I recommend Cluttons if anyone is looking to rent in London!

Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

She always checks with me before taking any action and keeps me fully informed throughout the process, which I really appreciate.<br><br>She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.<br><br>She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert

They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful moving-out process much easier and smoother.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their prompt support when arranging our early move-out, the check-out process, and the return of our deposit. Everything was handled fairly and efficiently, and we were very pleased to receive our full deposit back.<br><br>A special thank you to Indiana and Fabjola for their excellent service and support. We would definitely recommend Greenwoods to anyone looking for a professional and helpful letting agent.
