6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth at BM - sadly I wasn't successful in buying a property through them - however, Elizabeth was a very lovely and professional estate agent. She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.

24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

13th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I just want to say an amazing thank you to Malek Chaouachi, her professionalism was outstanding and knowledge was second to none on the properties my girlfriend and I viewed. Very helpful and polite throughout our journey with great customer service.
4th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.- 1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently purchased our new home via Bairstow Eves, the Kenley branch, and we can’t speak highly enough of Maxine and the team who oversaw all aspects of our purchase. From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!
29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

29th May 2026 (18 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. My brother and I were selling our mums house and we both live in different countries. Despite this challenge, the staff at Thomas Brown kept is updated at every turn

They have always been incredibly responsive, attentive, and supportive whenever we needed anything. Their communication is timely, clear, and genuinely caring, which makes a real difference. Sam, Joanna, and the team are very professional and disciplined in their work, and also genuinely warm and solution-oriented. Every interaction has been positive; they bring a sense of ease and trust that is rare to find. Thank you, Sam, Joanna and team, you are truly amazing!
