8th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We had a really positive experience with Litchfields Temple Fortune, especially with Gideon and Elia.<br><br>They made the whole rental process smooth and quick for us, and what we really appreciated was that their support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed.<br><br>After moving in, we had a few personal requests regarding some changes, repairs and installations at the property. Elia in particular was extremely helpful and followed everything up closely to make sure the work was arranged and completed.<br><br>Another big positive for us has been their communication. They are always easy to reach, responsive and quick to come back to us whenever we have a question or need something sorted.<br><br>A big thank you to both Gideon and Elia for all their help and support. We’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend Litchfields Temple Fortune.

It's a family-run business and you can tell they take real professional pride in what they do.<br><br>Customer service has been excellent from start to finish — very hands-on, very responsive to any query, and I was kept informed at every stage. Owen in particular always goes the extra mile and I really appreciate it.<br><br>Positive, practical and proactive. A genuinely professional service with a personal touch. Would highly recommend.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
14th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Our experience renting through Hawks was extremely poor. Unresolved maintenance, repeated chasing and poor coordination caused us considerable stress and affected our enjoyment of our rental. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise any tenants against renting a property managed by them.<br><br>After we did the viewing, the agent, Brandy, was incredibly pushy and misleading before we signed the rental contract. For example, we asked for a picture of the fridge as we had forgotten to open it during the viewing, and he conveniently took a picture in such an angle that hid mould in the fridge. Furthermore, he told us he had edited small clauses in the contract as requested by us but had actually not changed anything in the contract. We were also assured that the apartment would be cleaned upon move-in. However, when we finally moved in, the apartment was clearly not cleaned and in poor condition with a large amount of maintenance issues. When they did finally arrange a clean, many issues were not addressed (e.g., mould in the fridge) and Hawks refused to take responsibility and failed to get the issues resolved.<br><br>Yasmine and specifically Brandy from property management were impossible to deal with. We had to call so many times and send countless follow-up emails to even get a response from them. So many times, we were promised a response, a call back or that issues would be resolved, without anything ever happening. It tooks months to organize any repairs (if at all).<br>In my opinion, they also did the landlord for whom they were managing the property for a disservice. There were significant mould issues in the apartment and the expensive contractor that they hired did a poor job and the root cause issues were never addressed. It is clear that the mould will come back and require more repairs in the future because of that.<br><br>Some of the responses were difficult to believe. When we raised the mould issue as a health concern due to a medical condition and that they are required by law to resolve it, they told us that we should have looked better during the viewing. We found that dismissive and wholly unhelpful. At another occasion, they told us to draw on the temperature numbers for the oven and stove with a pen ourselves as both were completely peeled off.<br><br>When we did finally move out, they tried to deduct damages that we had already reported and that were already approved by the landlord for repairs (but that were never carried out because they were unable to organize a handyman to carry out the repairs for months) from our deposit.<br><br>These were repeated problems over the course of our tenancy, and their cumulative impact was substantial. We spent far too much time chasing updates, explaining outstanding issues and checking what had actually been done. We would not rent through Hawks again.
31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

They’re an independent business and it really shows — they’re completely different from the stereotypical estate agent.
