6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bairstow Eves Kenley, particularly Maxine and Diane.<br>I genuinely believe that, had it not been for their diligence, professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding communication, the chain I was in would have collapsed.<br>After realising that my own estate agents were not managing the process effectively, I discovered that Bairstow Eves were handling the bottom of the chain. I reached out to see if we could work together, and from that moment they were exceptional. They collaborated quickly, gave me an honest and transparent assessment of the situation, and immediately took action to keep everything moving.<br>Thanks to their proactive approach and determination, the chain successfully exchanged contracts on Friday.<br>A huge thank you to both of you. 16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle.
