His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
15th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I approached this agent first when looking to rent and although there was a very speedy view of a nearby flat, I was given the hard sell approach. I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails not only about the flat I viewed (tried to get me to do a 2nd viewing) but from other offices regarding property that wasn't suitable. I think this approach doesn't help anyone - either agent or client.

The team, Peter and Alkis, were incredibly professional, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. They both devoted a lot of time listening and guiding us through the new legislation. What stood out the most was how they truly listened to our preferences and only showed us properties that fit our needs. A special thanks to Alkis Kavouras. He made the moving process smooth and stress-free. Prompt and attentive…I highly recommend Alkis and the Wapping team to anyone looking to rent!

What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout.
