4th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)From my first interaction with Mark when I booked a valuation I already got a good feeling about the agency, and I wasn't wrong.<br>Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.<br>He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.<br>I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.<br>I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)<br>In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)

We were so pleased with how attentive and kind the team were, in particular Preeya, who was our main person of contact. We met Preeya when she showed us the property and was always an email or phone call away. We also spoke with her colleague Sam, who would reassure us with any issues. As first time buyers, we felt completely out of sorts and there was alot of anxiety with the unknown but the team were exceptional at explaining the steps to us and kept us updated on everything necessary. We now have a new spacious home for our young family thanks to Mischa & Co. Thank you ????????????

26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Slow off the mark once contract signed (forgot to book photographer); had been sure of handling incumbent tenant but capitulated. Lag to viewings, then slow to remarket once tenant gone… Months have elapsed and although they found a buyer - the agreed price is £50k below guide and still exchange hasn’t happened. Occasionally good to talk to but only act when their fee seems to be receding?!

He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. I had four estate agents coming to value the house, and when Sam arrived on a rainy day wearing stiletto sandals and a big warm honest smile, I knew she was the one for us.<br>She was wonderful and understood from the start that there was history there for us after 60 years, and that it mattered to us who bought it and whether they would respect the house.<br>Sam brought warmth, communication and a sense of humour to what is never a particularly enjoyable process. Any questions were answered almost immediately, and her advice at key points was always sound. I trusted her completely and felt in very safe hands.<br>Until now I've not had a great opinion of estate agents but Sam has given me faith. I would recommend her 100%.<br>Thank you Sam and the rest of the team.
