While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Unresponsive and no one ever answers calls or emails. Impossible to discuss or even view a property. I don't understand how they're in business and why they manage all of Southwark commercial properties?

She sent me details of two or three properties. She is enthusiastic and friendly and I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and with respect.

26th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

He was always available, willing to support, professional and provided feedback/ answers in a timely manner. They clearly are an expert in the Richmond market which shows in their knowledge and expertise.
18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.

19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.

The team were open in their communication and good at keeping us updated throughout. Susie is very well connected in the Earlsfield area and she is extremely personable, patient and helpful. We would recommend using Petras.

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
