Communication is easy and issues have always been resolved quickly.<br><br>Lucy, in particular, is brilliant. She genuinely cares, has valuable prior experience in other sectors and goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough.
8th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)The apartment was moved to another estate agent after 6 months as the buyers were not able to complete on their offers. I feel the listing was not properly promoted soon enough after the warning signs from failing buyers was evident. The home could have sold sooner at a lower price point but information about the state of the market was not made clear for to me to make an informed decision earlier.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

I Booked an appointment to view this house, I was lucky to be shown the house by a lady called Lesley Daniel. She was professional with her team all the way through my property purchase.<br><br>I highly recommend her to anyone would like to purchase a property from Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches. She deserves a five star rating.

Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.

2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Totally unprofessional and petty behaviour especially the director of Hunt,<br><br>i booked a viewing for a property and then was told to come in the office and we would leave from the office to the property but when i came inside the office Hailey immediately started starring me up and down and asking multiple questions which she could of asked on the phone but instead chose to make me come inside as a revenge plan to get back at me for missing a previous booking with her . There was no booking at all and all she said was<br>“to see who i am”

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG
