I liked their system notifying me of the viewings so I was able to track what was happening. Good communications throughout. Referencing of tenants completed quickly. Hope that ongoing property management reflects this initial experience.

8th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. I really enjoyed my time living at the property and always felt safe and comfortable there. I truly appreciate everything. Thank you!

We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!

12th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

Had come across a lot of estate agents in recent home search and Aimee Charles & Michaela Coles at Stirling stand out as agents who genuinely wanted to help. Great energy, clear communication and honestly just made the experience of buying a property much less stressful!

16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Since we moved to Wallington with the help of Kenyons, the service has been excellent throughout our 8 years there. They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.
