These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. Viewings were handled professionally, feedback was always passed on promptly, and once we accepted an offer the team kept the momentum going. They’ve been quick to update us on searches, surveys, and solicitor progress, and have made sure both sides stay aligned. It’s been a genuinely smooth experience and we’ve felt well supported throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling locally. Special thanks to Sean and Ted — they’ve been brilliant throughout the whole process. We had five different agents visit before choosing who to list with, and only Sean and one other agent from a rival firm gave us a genuinely good vibe. Bairstow ultimately won out because of their client base and the confidence they inspired from the start. It’s never too much trouble to get in touch with them when a question comes up, and their responsiveness has made the entire situation much easier to deal with. Really impressed with the service.

He helped us throughout the entire process and was always attentive and available. Finding a flat in London nowadays is incredibly difficult, but with his help, everything felt much easier. After previous experiences with agencies that often ignored us, this was a genuinely positive experience.

3rd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Jeremy and William, as a sales team are superb. No problem was too hard to solve, lots of local tradesmen to deal with any issues. Answering emails out of working hours, helping with so many things. In a very difficult market they stuck at it, circumventing some odd non purchasers and deal was done. Thank you gents, would thoroughly recommend them, the last independent estate agent in Blackheath.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

24th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
