23rd Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.
19th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had a fantastic experience finding a property to rent with Pierre. Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

Everything was clearly explained, and communication was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

Everything was handled incredibly quickly and seamlessly, with clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. What could have been a long and stressful experience was made smooth and efficient thanks to their professionalism and support. My partner and I are really looking forward to moving in, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was very professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process. I would certainly recommend any other first time buyers to consider Belvoir.

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

28th May 2026 (20 days ago)My experience with Lifestyle Property Agents began when I paid a holding deposit for a rental property. What should have been a straightforward process quickly turned into weeks of back?and?forth emails. The agency initially refused to refund the deposit, alleging “fraudulent payslips” based only on an AI flag from their referencing provider. No evidence of fraud was ever produced, and the application was closed simply due to non?response. Despite repeated requests for clarification, they maintained this position until I pressed them on the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Only then did they change course and agree to refund — but even at that stage attempted to deduct £61 for referencing costs, which are prohibited under the Act. This drawn?out process highlights a concerning pattern: Lifestyle Property Agents rely on tenants not understanding the law to justify keeping deposits. Their communication was aggressive, their reasoning inconsistent, and only persistence forced them to back down. While the refund was eventually offered, tenants should be aware: always insist on written evidence, challenge unlawful deductions, and know your rights under the Tenant Fees Act.

Daniel specifically, was brilliant, always providing prompt responses to emails and last minute queries, as-well as having been highly knowledgeable on the property I was being shown. They are honest and approachable with excellent communication to back up, most importantly get the job done, completed a chain process.. Strongly recommended if you are looking to sale a house, and you mean it!!

What should have been a straightforward transaction became a complicated chain with numerous delays, but Waqas stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He was always available, always chasing updates and always looking for solutions. There were times where we were probably his most demanding buyers, but he remained patient and professional throughout. Thanks to his efforts, we have now completed on what will be our forever family home. Highly recommended and genuinely one of the hardest-working estate agents we’ve dealt with.
