17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Firstly I would like to mention, from the moment I walked into the office both the rental and sales team where really welcoming and very helpful.<br><br>I was selling my flat and I honestly can't fault the service I received. Communication in my opinion is super paramount and this was excellent throughout. They were helpful, always called me back, listened to me with my concerns and I never once felt ignored or left out on a limb. Shaira and Sian who where dealing with my sale from start to finish were an excellent team and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Your Move, Wallington, Surrey. A big thank you to you both and keep up the good work.

14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.
14th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Great service from the very first encounter in the office. Lovely attentive, kind and calmly professional throughout each interaction. We met Paige initially who took our details and assured us she would help us navigate the current challenges in the market as best she could. She had a property coming on to the market which might suit needs. George then showed us around, handling a challenge with keys for the property with great calm and determination. we didn't feel rushed at all and could take time to get a feel for the property. We requested a second viewing, met by Paige again. She was insightful, open and helpful, guiding us through each step. In safe hands with these professionals, kind and not pushy in any way. Would highly recommend this firm and this team.

This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Despite the challenges that arose, Sam remained patient, resourceful, and always had a solution at hand. He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer my questions, and provide valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Thanks to Sam, I am now settled in a wonderful flat that exceeds my expectations. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
11th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Trying to sell our flat felt like a real panic when we first started the process. We had multiple agents come through the door giving us their opinions and thoughts. When Pawan came in, I knew straight away that he was the person I wanted to sell my property. He was straight talking and there was no nonsense throughout the whole process. From day one, he was finding viewings as quickly as possible and made sure there were as many viewings as possible on the flat. All in all, I cannot recommend Cuffley Banks enough and would highly recommend anyone who is uncertain in this process to use them.

I worked mostly with Tony and Antony, who were both extremely attentive throughout my tenancy and resolved anything I needed extremely quickly. I highly, highly recommend renting through them (I’ve never reviewed an agency before but my experience has been so great that I really wanted to). Absolutely zero issues; everyone in the office is so kind and I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful tenancy

12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.

Even better was their proactive team, who actively reached out to active buyers whose search criteria matched our home.<br><br>Communication throughout the sale process was outstanding. And all our conversations were friendly. Their team answered our questions promptly and kept us fully updated every step of the way.<br><br>Special thanks to Marcus, who guided us through the whole process as our main contact, as well as Nick, Mike, Michael, Barbara, and Denise. As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
