9th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Avoid this estate agent at all cost if you can. Willing to engage in unethical and borderline illegal practice. Left my partner crying after they cancelled her contract after failing to deliver on their end of the deal.

He helped me both with renting out my property and finding a place to rent, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.

I found him to be calm, always punctual, supportive, and strategic and good at problem solving. As a result I am very pleased with the outcome.

He has been incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, due to reason on my side, we couldn’t proceed with the property this time. I truly appreciate his support, patience and the way he treated us. I also discovered today that some of his messages had gone into my unknown senders folder, which I had unfortunately missed. I’m sorry I missed them but I gave reply today<br><br>I would absolutely be happy to work with Raphael again in the future and would certainly consider Raphael’s agency<br><br>Thank you, Raphael, for all your help, patience and understanding. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.- 6th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Selling a two bedroom flat in Greenwich is a daunting task. After 3 months of occasional viewings we dropped the price and engaged a second agent. Both operated on a no sale no cost basis and there was no second agent supplement. Once they found a buyer, they were on our case with excellent communication.
3rd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Their initial valuation was rather ambitious, however closer than another agent. Ongoing support was adequate and positive, although it was with a principal person who went on holiday when support became difficult.

You hear so many scare stories about renting in London, so it was nice to have such such a stress-free rental experience. Repairs were made promptly and everyone was always very accessible and helpful.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

29th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We have worked with Martin Clements of Clements Habba for most of 2026 and have just successfully completed the sale of our flat in Richmond. A personal recommendation from a neighbour led us to Martin and we were impressed from the outset by his manner and by the thoughtful approach he suggested for marketing our home.<br><br>Martin was always contactable, and given the small size of the company, we dealt directly with him for every aspect of the sale. This provided confidence and continuity as Martin both sought out and freely provided information and updates during the process, especially after we accepted an offer and started conveyancing.<br><br>I would have no reservations at all in recommending Clements Habba to anyone looking to sell or buy homes in West London. Martin’s professional manner, attention to detail and drive to complete made things easier for us during what was sometimes a stressful process. I’ll end our review with my wife’s opinion. Past dealings with estate agents had left her sceptical but in Martin’s case she has nothing but good things to say the man!!
