13th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)After 11 years of living in London, we were lucky enough to find this agency, Sonia Estates. We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

They provided excellent support and kept communication flowing smoothly between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. 1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)The property we were living in, how on earth that passed any living condition or health and safety regulations is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting conditions they allowed us to live in, with a landlord who took absolutely no interest in the problems we raised. Constantly getting electrocuted by appliances, a shower that was cold for the entirety of our stay, drug dealers living below us who also were responsible for the maintenance of our apartment, multiple times waking up at 4am to someone beating on the door below us trying to wake up "Poland" and only for city move to say there's nothing they can do and to speak to the council instead. Terrible communication when moving in. Changing our move in time with the landlord but not telling us. Having us move into a property with sick in the sink so neither city move or the landlord checked that the property was cleared out before we moved in. The only saving grace is that they automatically signed us to a new contract allowing us to terminate our lease early. Avoid at all costs unless you are absolutely desperate and the only alternative is homelessness.
5th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Trying to rent out a 3 bed with half the floor literally missing and staples holding other bits down for nearly £2k and then reducing it by £50 a month as if thats remotely sufficient says everything you need to know. Hope landlords and letting agents like this get eradicated ASAP.<br><br>Edit: Nope, definitely not the wrong business! I’m not saying publicly where that flat was lol. I’m not using my real name on Google maps so ridiculous youd think not being able to find someone called “K” on your books is a relevant rebuttal.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

Try to be British but can’t even speak properly very bad experience when trying to talk to someone .<br>Don’t even listen I don’t what she think of herself.<br>Very rude behaviour.<br>She just always put your call on hold and talk like we owe her.

9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

24th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business
