18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

We were selling the flat and it was quite a complicated process because of cladding work and it took us many years, but James and his team were always very supportive and responsive. Overall very good experience.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

They have always found good quality tenants and are always there to answer any tricky questions. I love that we have been dealing with the same contacts for over a decade too. They really know their stuff. Most recently they found a buyer for the property and we received over the asking price. All beautifully managed by Jane.

He is not only able to find tenants who can afford the rent; but also carefully assessing suitability, reliability and character to help ensure that my property is in safe hands.<br><br>He has also achieved a fair and reasonable rental income for me, ensuring that rent is paid promptly each month, and providing clear management statements detailing all income and expenditure.<br><br>Amidst the changes in the property market Steve has always guided me through new legislation and regulations, explain how these changes affect them.<br><br>I have no reservations recommending Steve to prospective investors in London property or for tenancy.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. 12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I highly recommend Kevin (sales manager) at Edward Ashdale.<br><br>Kevin came to us highly recommended from our very first meeting, Kevin's approach was a breath of fresh air. Unlike other estate agents who gave inflated valuations just to win our business, Kevin provided an honest, realistic appraisal. He was incredibly upfront about the current poor market conditions, choosing integrity over a quick pitch.<br><br>His market knowledge is truly outstanding, and the boutique, one-on-one service he provides makes a massive difference. You never feel like just another number. Kevin is the only estate agent I would instruct, and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty.

Their communication is excellent - emails with feedback from every viewing, regular video calls with the excellent Foivos (who is great and worked really hard), and super-fast WhatsApp group to all relevant staff. One of the big reasons we went with A&M was that Matteo talked about them having Cara, a member of staff who helped keep the transaction moving after they were negotiated by the sales agent. Cara is absolutely invaluable - she saved my sanity when bumps naturally arose in the process. It was so useful having Cara there, to raise issues that may take much longer to surface via solicitors. Alex & Matteo were definitely the right choice for us - down to earth, and felt wholly different than any other estate agents I've encountered.
