I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

From my very first viewing right through to completion, Darren was incredibly responsive - I could message him with a question at almost any hour and he'd get back to me quickly with a clear, honest answer. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout what can normally be quite a stressful process, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you're buying, selling or letting property, ask for Darren -- he'll take great care of you.

Her initiative and follow-through were incredible — she anticipated issues before they arose and always did what she said she would, when she said she would. 14th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have had a very positive experience with Tuckerman Residential.<br><br>Edward was very professional, polite and patient during the initial stage of my tenancy. He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.<br><br>Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.<br><br>I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.<br><br>Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.

No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.<br>His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.<br>If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.

They were professional, proactive and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>Their communication was excellent, we always felt fully informed, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but Hani and Elizabeth made everything feel smooth and well managed. They presented our property beautifully, secured the right buyer and worked tirelessly to keep the sale progressing.<br><br>A genuinely first class, personal service from a brilliant team. 18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, my tenancy with Robinson Davies Property was an extremely burdensome experience, both financially and in terms of the time I had to spend dealing with issues.<br><br>As an international student coming to the UK, I ultimately felt that I was treated as an easy opportunity for additional charges. The property itself was of a good standard-as you would expect for a property costing approximately £8,000 per month-but the problems arose primarily from how the tenancy was managed, particularly towards the end.<br><br>Our contract ran from September to May. From around January, the property administrator began carrying out routine checks, often giving short notice and repeatedly contacting tenants to gain access (spamming). She also arranged two property viewings. After the first, we were instructed to prepare the property for the second viewing ourselves, 5 people cleaning down the whole place for a day to please the landlord. No «thank you» was received.<br><br>During the second viewing, two tenants were ill and had locked their bedroom doors while resting. Despite this, the viewing continued, and their rooms were knocked on several times and them entered and shown to strangers while they were sick in bed. I found this extremely uncomfortable and showed, in my view, very little respect for tenants’ privacy.<br><br>After January, we also received an email from the finance team requesting that we change the account to which we paid our rent. Rather than the UK account originally specified in the contract, we were asked to transfer the money to a UAE account under a name that we did not recognise from the tenancy agreement or previous correspondence (see screenshot). We asked for an explanation for the change but did not receive a satisfactory response. This understandably raised concerns for us.<br><br>The most difficult part came after the tenancy ended, when our deposit was due to be returned. We were presented with numerous deductions, including charges for what we considered fair wear and tear, stains that had already been present when we moved in, exterior window-related cleaning, and approximately £850 for cleaning!!!!. The property was cleaned for two days by the tenants, but this was not accepted. In total, the alleged damages and costs exceeded £3,000.<br><br>Fortunately, one of the tenants was studying law, and we challenged the deductions through the relevant deposit adjudication process. After months of correspondence, the dispute was ultimately decided in our favour. Of particular concern was the documentation submitted in support of the cleaning charge, which the adjudicator found was not sufficient to substantiate the claimed cost. (See Word template she sent us after requesting to see the invoice for cleaning attached).<br><br>I strongly dislike seeing temants placed in situations where they have to spend significant amounts of time and energy challenging questionable charges or practices. Tenants should be treated fairly, with respect for their privacy and in accordance with their agreements.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly avoid Robinson Davies Properties and the property administrator involved. London is an incredible city, and students should be able to enjoy their time there without having to spend months disputing their landlord over their deposit.<br><br>Overall, an awful and unnecessarily stressful experience.
