Aways available and all appointments kept with viewings and surveys. great advice and guidance given on the market value and what to market the house at. Plenty of viewing and sold the house quickly on both occasions due to the first offer withdrawing at the very last minute. Special thanks to Chris Tabner for the description and photos for the property and Natalie Jenkins for always being in contact and letting us know what was happening every step of the way. Thanks to all the staff at Edward Mellor Hazel Grove. Highly recommended.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

She has always been approachable, kept us informed, and taken the time to answer our questions.<br>Beth has also been excellent. She has been proactive in chasing the progress of our purchase, following up with the solicitors and keeping things moving whenever there were delays. Her dedication and regular updates have been greatly appreciated.<br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Jessica and Beth have made the process much smoother with their excellent communication and commitment.
