8th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I sold my house in Northenden with Reeds Rains (Didsbury) this Summer. David did the initial viewing and valuation. He came prepared and with reassuring enthusiasm. The pricing strategy was realistic and with a great marketing package, generated the initial interest we were hoping for. We arranged days of multiple viewings (reducing the number of times I had to get the house ‘sale ready’) and sold the house quickly. After our first buyer pulled out, the team were so supportive and quickly began the process again. Within days we had more offers to choose from and sold above asking price. I’m so grateful to David, Anna and the team - thank you!

15th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.- 21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Sold a house through your move. Absolutely brilliant service. They sold my first home and I purchased the home I have just sold through them over 10 years ago,<br><br>From my meeting with Karen for the valuation of my home, I have had nothing but praise for the first class service from all her team.<br><br>I was kept fully informed at every step, from viewings through to completion. A huge thanks to Karen and Michelle for the arranging and attending the various viewings for me and to Cassidy and Anoushka for keeping me updated and chasing solicitors etc. for updates moving towards completion.<br><br>Yet again I have no hesitation in recommending Karen Ritchie Estates to anyone wanting a truly professional company to market and sell their property.

26th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We contacted Entwistle Green regarding a detached bungalow that was for sale near the centre of Westhoughton....Claire Wright was the lead contact for the purpose and we have to say that without her tireless and professional support we wouldn't have ended living there now. The property we were leaving took 7 months to process and we felt many times that we would lose purchasing the bungalow. Claire was the " go between" in terms of comms with the seller and ourselves and as a result of her tenacity we managed to complete the purchase and are settling in now. So massive thanks to Claire. But we also have to say " thank you" to other members of the team in the Westhoughton office as they too were always friendly and professional when we had the need to contact them and Claire was out of the office. Would continue to and have already recommended Entwistle Green to others..

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

The lettings process was smooth from start to finish and they found solid tenants without any hassle. Feels like they’re looking after the property properly, which gives me peace of mind.

Chris looked after us and gave a realistic and competitive valuation of our property and maintained contact throughout, with extremely swift and efficient actions. Additionally, Tai was in constant communication with us and worked relentlessly to ensure we had a happy and successful outcome. This was a big relief for us and took the pressure off as we always felt in good hands.

Very clearly Jamesons have & are an excellent team who between them possess the skill set to manoeuvre you through the tricky process & emotional rollercoaster ride of selling a house. I would not hesitate in recommending them to handle the sale of your property I found them to be professional, honest & very importantly they communicated at all times.
