He took the time to explain everything in great detail, made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>Jess then looked after the sale of Lyon Street and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Tia then looked after the purchase of Sumner Street and has been fantastic, particularly with all the chasing and back and forth towards the end. She kept us updated and did everything she could to keep things moving, even when I'm sure she was fed up of hearing from us!<br><br>Nathan also deserves a mention, as he was always happy to step in and help whenever Jess or Tia were busy. It really does feel like a team where everyone is willing to help.<br><br>And finally, they all deserve an extra star just for managing to stay so cheerful while listening to that constant beeping in there office all day ?????? Honestly, they deserve an award for putting up with that alone — absolute troopers!<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece, Jess, Tia and Nathan. Myles and Guy dealt with my sale which unfortunately became very long winded but they were lovely and always kept me in the loop never failing to return my call if they were out of office. They show sensitivity at those difficult moments that inevitably arise during a sale process. On several occasions when I felt doubtful about what to do next, and stressed, Jen or Lauren C (who managed the account) made suggestions that kept me calm and moved things forward. I recommend their services unreservedly.

Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Sadly l recently found out that the person who bought my late father’s house intentionally misled me. They were first time buyers. I preferred not to sell to a developer and the boss at Keenan’s and the buyer were well aware of it. I sold them the house and was happy to do so. It’s now back on the market. The kicker to this story is that the person who bought the house works there as a negotiator. Hence the one star for communication. Difficulty not only hearing what the customer has told you but also not having the ability to understand why they told you. Maybe even worse is understanding and not caring.

I phoned at around 9am to ask about putting our house on the market. By 12 noon, Olly was at our home measuring up, taking photographs and talking us through the process. By 5.10pm that same day, Seth had our property professionally marketed and live online. That level of responsiveness really set the tone for everything that followed.<br><br>Ours wasn't a straightforward sale. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale became a five-month journey, involving multiple specialist inspections, legal complexities, last-minute price negotiations and plenty of challenges along the way<br><br>Throughout it all, Lynne was exceptional. She was honest, approachable and incredibly proactive, constantly keeping everyone updated, chasing solicitors and other parties, offering sound advice and, most importantly, doing everything she could to keep the chain together when it would have been very easy for it to collapse.<br><br>What really stood out was that this wasn't just one great estate agent – it was a genuinely great team. Olly, Lynne and Seth worked seamlessly together, each picking things up at exactly the right time and always making us feel that we were their priority. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always knew where things stood.<br><br>Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but Harrison Estate Agents remained professional, supportive and committed from start to finish.
