6th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I would definitely recommend Pearson Ferrier to handle the sale of a property. From the first visit and conversation, Matthew was friendly, honest and professional. The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. This overall process is never without stress but they played their part in making it as smooth as possible.
9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently appointed Taylor Wood and their Sales team to sell a relative’s house. They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.
1st Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Day 32 and still nothing! Please do not use this company. The comments from Earl below to try and reassure are utterly useless. We're now 32 days in waiting for this legal pack and still nothing and paid a ridiculous amount for the privilege of this. Not even an email or a phone call to apologise. Not, 'we'll chase it,' Nothing. And now after I've emailed, AGAIN, are they going to chase. Why weren't they - after 32 days - chasing this already. You can forgive small mistakes, but this is just utter incompetence. Day 18 and still nothing. I can’t begin to tell you how useless Martin and Co are. 1st May - took over management and told they were hopeful information would be loaded on system that afternoon. 8th May - told just a couple of more things to upload 12th May - told it’s not there responsibility and had been outsourced and had to wait 14th May - 14 days after and still nothing. Write 1 star review in frustration 16th May - MD responded to apologise and promised to get to the bottom of it 16th May - told uploaded but now the information had to ‘sync’ but we’d hear Monday morning 18th May - surprise surprise - NOTHING 19th May - finally hear but now charged £564 for a legal pack which cost me £300 last year and now, I have to wait up to ten days for this as it's outsourced again and out of their hands. To say Martin and Co disgust me is putting it lightly. They've actually made me feel physcially sick. Avoid them at all costs. There is nothing good about this company. The stress they have caused me is off the scale. The whole chain knows the stall in this sale is down to Martin & Co. Two and a half months I’ve been waiting for this legal pack to sell my property. I’m literally trapped in a property through their incompetence & the worst is knowing we haven’t even got to the point of them putting the legal pack together yet. Useless & incompetent.

Regan called me, and within just one week they secured a tenant for us, while our previous agent, Bridgfords, had the property for 10 weeks without finding a single tenant. Absolutely brilliant service received from Gascoigne Halman Didsbury Lettings. The entire team is superb. Thank you ??????

Michelle and her team were fantastic from start to finish; always professional, always helpful, and always quick to respond. What really stood out was that their support didn’t stop once the sale went through. They continued to handle any queries I had afterwards with the same level of care. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.- 8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Even though they were the sellors agents I found them to be the most helpful of all the people involved with my puchase. They answered and liaised with the sellors, other agents, solicitors, etc to get me the only useful information I was receiving in regards to how the chain was doing. Very helpful company.

At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.

They a deliver a tremendous service and in particular this is clear that the level of service is showcased by Dan the manager. We have experienced other agents in Bramhall e.g. Mosley Jarman and they would definitely benefit from replicating the level of service that Dan & the team deliver

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)I rented a property in Manchester city center for 7 years through George Adams estate agent and I would like to express my gratitude as they were friendly and supportive all these years. During all this time they were extremely helpful and replayed to my emails really quick, when needed. The process to rent the property was easy and smooth and they were really helpful when leaving the property sorting all the things out. I would recommend this agency to anyone wish to rent a property in Manchester area, as they are probably the best ones in Manchester. Thank you for your support during the last 7 years. Oscar.
