30th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. 18th May 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.

They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.- 23rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Big thank you to this firm and to Allision the person who sold it, after today we completed on our sale.
