I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

25th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
19th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Marc has been fantastic to work with. He helped us find our family home which was off market, and was instrumental in getting everyone to work together and bring it to completion. I am thoroughly impressed how good he is.

22nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. 13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.
23rd Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)I rented a property through Selmans for 2.5years. Over this period we found Nick and team to be amazing to deal with, the consummate professionals. Nothing was too much and any questions or issues were always handled in a timely fashion. I've rented through some of the High Street names before, but honestly, it has been like night and day in comparison. You're not just a number with Selmans, you get that family feel, they actually care that your rental experience is a good one. Cherry on top was our deposit was returned within days of checkout (and in full) after having been protected throughout! Thanks Nick and team. If ever I have a need to rent again, locally, you'll be our first call, thankyou all!!
