17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

All members of the team were very responsive and worked hard to secure a suitable tenancy. They clearly follow all legal regulations and have an excellent understanding of the rental process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

As first-time buyers, we felt completely supported and reassured by his guidance as he is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. 13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I don’t often leave reviews, but this one is well deserved for Dave Webb. I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.
25th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)I first met Gareth of the Marshalswick Bradford and Howley branch when I was looking for somewhere to buy. He went out of his way to give me hints and tips about selling my place and buying - even though I was with another agent. The agent I was with made lots of errors and after the contracted time was over, I made the decision to sell with Bradford and Howley and 2 other agents. The other agents, despite all they promised, weren't able to bring many people round to view and I soon made the decision to go sole agent with Bradford and Howley. Unfortunately the market was very slow and after so much time on the market, the house was not easy to sell. The team at Marshalswick stuck with it though and kept up momentum keeping bringing prospective buyers round, despite me feeling quite down hearted. When we finally achieved a sale, the team in St Albans took over and the sale was finalised. Both Marshalswick and St Albans were friendly and approachable and didn't ever mind me asking questions, giving me reassurance etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again.

21st Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Haart Stopsley were really good even though they were more expensive than other localling agents. My agent Brian at the branch was extremely helpful, making sure he always replied to any queries or questions promptly and efficiently.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Layco

10th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I called Jamie at One Call Property Solutions Ltd to fit blinds which i ordered from Blinds Direct. It came with top fit fixture to fit within the recess. This meant the screw had to go through the lintel which was a difficult job. Jamie made it look easy and fitted the blinds on the same day. This is my second time calling them with bits and bob around the house. They do amazing job and leave the place clean as well. Looking forward to using the again in the future.

Hussein is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area and is thoughtful in his understanding of the historic architecture and the practicalities of family homes. Moreover, Hussein is personable and professional in navigating the complexities of a property transaction. I have nothing but good things to say and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or refer him to others.
