She went above and beyond was so quick to answer questions and sorted things out so fast ! Daniell was also brilliant!! 2nd Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We appointed William H Brown to manage the sale of my 95 year old mothers house as she was moving across the country to be nearer ourselves. I can only say that the service provided by the team from start to finish was absolutely excellent and first class. Becca Bradshaw went beyond the call of duty to help with all the completion of forms etc which my mother in law found hard. Her care and attention was much appreciated by us all. Courtney Lister acted as a fantastic team member, updating me on a weekly basis on progress, always contactable and liaising with the solicitors on a regular basis which was key to the progress of the sale and purchase. Even after the sale was completed when an important teapot was found to be have been left behind Courtney personally packaged it up and sent on to us which meant so much to my mother in law and we are so grateful to her for doing that, it is far more than could have been expected. I cannot recommend the team more!

12th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Putterills Knebworth have been fantastic throughout the sale of our home.<br><br>Selling a property is not cheap, so choosing the right estate agent is important. From our very first meeting with Adam, we were impressed by the professionalism, strategic thinking, and market knowledge on display. The team clearly understands the local area and knows how to value properties accurately.<br><br>Other agents may offer a higher valuation or a slightly lower fee, but that's meaningless if they can't actually sell your house. In what has been an uncertain market, the initiative shown by Putterills to maximise our property's visibility was both clever and effective. Their negotiation throughout the process was fair, professional, and ultimately helped secure a successful sale.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, the sales progression support (Vanessa) was excellent. Having a dedicated person managing communication and helping to negotiate a completion date made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward smoothly.<br><br>The service is sharp, proactive, and highly professional. 19th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.
7th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)? 1 Star My experience with Moving Places was extremely frustrating and left me with very little confidence in their professionalism or transparency. I raised multiple legitimate concerns regarding tenancy agreements, council tax liability, deposit protection, personal data being shared with other tenants, occupancy records, and inconsistencies between contracts. Instead of receiving clear written answers, I was repeatedly asked to come into the office despite specifically explaining that I needed written responses due to language difficulties. What concerned me most was the way the situation was handled when I continued asking questions. Rather than addressing the issues raised, the conversation repeatedly shifted towards warnings about potential breaches on my side and possible penalties. It felt less like an attempt to resolve problems and more like an attempt to discourage further scrutiny. Weeks passed without proper answers to many of the questions raised. Important concerns about contracts, council tax arrangements, and occupancy details were never fully addressed. When a translator assisted me with correspondence because of language barriers, Moving Places responded by suggesting my email may have been hacked and stated they would no longer reply, rather than answering the outstanding questions. I cannot say whether Moving Places were responsible for all of the issues surrounding the property, but I can say that when concerns were raised, they showed very little willingness to investigate them thoroughly or provide transparent explanations. If you are a tenant who values clear communication, accountability, and straightforward answers when problems arise, my experience suggests you should proceed with caution.

David and his team were exceptional from start to finish and would like to say a big thank you for not only selling our property but also finding us the house we needed to hopefully get our eldest into Simon Balle Secondary School! 6th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Selling my late fathers apartment was far from a straightforward process. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
