13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I can highly recommend this estate agent. The sale and purchase of my property wasn’t always plain sailing, but their support throughout the process was invaluable. A special mention to Gary Young, the manager, who was extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout. They went above and beyond to help make a challenging process as smooth as possible, and I’m very grateful for all their help. Thank you to the whole team!
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I have had the pleasure of using William H Brown both to buy and sell with, recently Rocco, Dan and the team sold the marital home, professional and honest opinions and the sale was completed within a short time. I highly recommend them.

5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)I’m so delighted to write this review about Chandlers Estate agent. The team are super amazing from start to finish of our purchase of our first property in the UK. The commutation was great, via phone calls and emails.
I want to give my credits to the 3 people that walked this journey with us, Mark, James and Paige, these trios are great team, even when we had challenges during the course of our transaction, we were represented well and presented our case professionally. Guided us through out the journey as a first time buyer.

Massive thank you Chandlers.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you for helping us find a home internationally, kudos to Neah for great communication.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Bought my flat via Keith Ian, 28 years ago, sold today. Thanks for getting this over the line. Great work. ??????
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Harry was pleasantly and went through the house and answered all our questions with a smile.
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Sid Rawal was knowledgeable and informative throughout, and had our house let within just two weeks. He kept us updated at every stage and made the whole process straightforward. A highly professional service, and we'd happily recommend Putterills to anyone looking to let their property
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dear Ian and Oliver,

Thank you both for making my house move so easy. I will certainly recommend your services.

Throughout the process, you were both exceptionally professional, proactive, and diligent. You kept me fully informed at every step and provided clear direction, making it a real pleasure to work with you both.

Best regards,

Christina
29th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)We have had a great experience with the Brown & Merry team at Berkhamsted whilst searching for a house. We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend Isobel and all the team. Thank you.
29th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Really friendly, very accommodating, and a pleasure dealing with.- 3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish.Very helpful ,profesional, and supportive throughout the whole process of buying our home.Higly recommended!
- 28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Andy was great, really helpful through the whole process would highly recommend.
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Thank you so much to the entire Moving Places team for everything you have done for me. It genuinely means a lot, and I honestly don’t think I could have found a home without your support. The whole journey felt like a rollercoaster at times, especially because I was struggling and worried about not having a proper place to stay. But the team at Moving Places went above and beyond to help me, guide me through the process, and make sure everything was sorted out. They were supportive, understanding, responsive, and patient throughout the entire journey. After such a stressful period, I finally feel relieved and genuinely happy, and a huge part of that is because of their effort and dedication. I’m extremely grateful that I connected with Moving Places for my home search. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful, caring, and reliable team.
Thank you again, guys! ??
Dev - your help really meant a lot to us- 6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I read several of the reviews already posted before I wrote this and feel that I'm just repeating what everyone else has said! Putterill's sold my late Mum's retirement flat (notoriously difficulty!) for us and I cannot recommend them enough.

Oliver started the process enthusiastically and gave us confidence that they would sell the property to the right person at the right price. Nigel was exceptional - professional, proactive, knowledgeable - and kept the whole process moving to a happy conclusion for all last Friday.

I believe that many newer estate agents may be cheaper than Putterill's but you get what you pay for! There is no upfront fee which you may lose if the sale falls through for any reason - you pay on completion of a successful sale. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly!
10th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We recently moved to a larger family home from North to east of Hertford. David and his team were exceptional from start to finish and would like to say a big thank you for not only selling our property but also finding us the house we needed to hopefully get our eldest into Simon Balle Secondary School! We highly recommend Shepherds Thanks again!
21st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I sold my flat through another estate agent in borehamwood. My experience was that market for flats are difficult to move people interested but had to drop the price considerably. Also frustrated that ridiculous offers were made by buyers and people that didn't have enough depoist or mortage in place prior to making offers.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I highly recommend Leysbrook estate agents, they did what they said, they looked after me from the first visit to completion on my house sale. The whole team were excellent they kept me updated all along the way, they dealt with any problems that arose professional but friendly making it less stressful for me, I’m so please I went with them
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Excellent experience, the house was marketed at he right price and sold within a few days. The sales progression support was excellent and made sure everything went according to plan. Would highly recommend.
27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Tom and his team were exceptional! They are always there when you need them. We would recommend Leaders Bishops Stortford to anyone who is looking for a stress free and efficient estate agent services.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Had a great experience with the team at Wellington Evans. We not only sold our property with them, but bought our onward property too, and in both cases, the experience was easy, efficient and as smooth as buying a property could be. The thing that stood out though, was the level of communication. We always knew what was going on, and because they used WhatsApp, communication between us and the team was easy and convenient.

Would highly recommend Wellington Evans. There is clearly a good reason why you'll see their boards everywhere in Hitchin!
6th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We can’t thank James enough for all his help throughout our house purchase. He was always so friendly, helpful and responsive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He kept us updated and supported us throughout what can be a very stressful process, making everything feel so much easier.

Thank you so much, James, for all your hard work.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Emily has been fantastic throughout the whole process of helping me buy my first home! She has kept me well informed throughout the process and was brilliant at chasing my solicitor weekly to keep things moving. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in!
