It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a great service.<br><br>A huge thank you to Greta and Miriam — you are both fantastic!

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

They were always easy to reach, quick to respond and happy to help whenever we had questions. They acted as a great bridge between everyone involved and did everything they could to make the whole process easier and less stressful.<br>Being a local estate agent also makes a real difference. They know the area very well and have a great local network, which has been helpful not only during the sale but even after we moved in. They are still supporting us when we need recommendations for local tradespeople or help with the new house.<br>Everyone has been lovely, positive and professional, but also realistic and honest with their advice. We really felt that we could trust their opinion.<br>They are honestly the best estate agent we have worked with so far throughout our selling and purchasing journey. From my very first interaction with David, I was impressed by his approach and professionalism. I felt confident straight away and decided there and then to entrust the sale of my mum’s property to the agency. Throughout the process, I had excellent interactions with David, Amie and Chloe. They are a very friendly, professional and customer-focused team, and it is clear that their family-run business takes great pride in providing a personal yet highly professional service. Although the property market was slow, David provided excellent advice and guidance on how best to move the sale forward and speed up the process. "oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

With this hardship situation where I had to change 3 buyers on my sale the team Brandon & Aimee played an instrumental role in convincing our seller who had contract with multiple agencies. A simple chain but it took 7 months for our move. Every movement is a hardship and the team dealt with utmost highly professional and composed. I have been associated with Connells since 2022 and this is one of the best agency in Watford.
