19th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)After an awful experience with an on line company , I looked around for an Estate Agent one could actually see face to face and found Connells to be welcoming , friendly and after asking them to act for us, very professional.<br>Polly came to value, Sarah always promptly answered any queries and Gary took over from there, supported by the girls.<br>Have to mention Doug in lettings whom I met initially as he was the deciding factor in choosing Connells.<br>Thank you all, so happy to be finally settled.
14th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I wanted to share my review reflecting the exceptional service I received throughout my house rental journey.<br>I began my search for an agent who could provide a service that truly matched my home — a new?build, fabulous and unique property with no real comparable match in the area. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Savills to anyone seeking and securing a premium, reliable and highly professional let or buying or selling a house.<br>Finally a big thank you to Simone, Jenny, Ellie and the rest of the team.

3rd Jun 2026 (23 days ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

Her knowledge and support made everything straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated her hard work and quick responses. Highly recommended!

She was consistently communicative, keeping us fully updated at every stage and always quick to respond to any queries. What really stood out was how proactive she was — Louise genuinely drove things forward, liaising with all parties and making sure nothing slipped. It honestly felt like she took full ownership of the process and pushed it all the way to exchange. A real credit to the team and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

One of the other agents (VM) suggested nearly £80k less than the price we received!! Duncan Perry’s knowledge of the local market is second to none. I would strongly recommend using them.

We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.
