All emails replied to in the same day and anything that needed further investigation, he would call and inform me ASAP keeping me fully in the loop throughout the entire purchase.<br><br>Thank you both very much, you’re truly an asset to the team!

We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. Thank you for all your hard work.

We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!
27th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)David, Amie and Chloe at Park Lane were personable and professional. A special mention of Amie here, who went above and beyond to keep things on track throughout (and reassurance for me when I needed it at times in the sale process). We also used their reccomended solicitors who were absolutely fantastic too.<br><br>When it came to photographs of the property, David was very knowledgeable about styling the house and we were able to sell within 2 days of being on the market. We are now in our absolute dream house and are very happy that we used Park Lane.

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

We worked with Amelie, who helped make the process simple and communicated with clarity throughout every step of the journey. We felt cared for as individuals throughout the process and Amelie operated on a real human level with trust and was generally great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Amelie and Frost’s.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I would like to start my review by talking about the new law that came into effect this year, " the renters rights act", so many Landlords have sold their properties due to this law. I had an estate agent last year. The agents were great at the start but, once they received the payment for their services it seemed as if I was no longer of importance to them and as such would not hear from them promptly with any concerns I had regarding the new laws. I needed to know how the new law affected my current tenants and any potential tenants I may have.<br><br>I have had a HMO rental for the last 12 yrs, every year I've had to keep changing agents due to the lack of proactiveness. They are great until they've been paid and then its tumbleweeds.<br><br>I engaged an agent that specifically deals with HMOs, the agent that I hired had started the vetting process. Six weeks before the tenancy started they said that they were not going to continue, at this point I was doubtful I would find anyone to help. It was at this point that I contacted Angela from Mather Marshall, she assured me that everything could be done in time and passed me onto Hayley and I must say they have been superb all the way through. They have been constantly in contact with me, have been professional and informative and have gone above and beyond to help me through these unsettling times. They have assured my tenants and to be honest made the process as stress free as possible for all concerned. I would highly recommend them.

28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)My brother died last year. I am his principal executor. This involved selling his house in St Albans to pay his legacies. But I live in Scotland. My solicitor recommended Paul Barker. I am so pleased she did. My brother had not been able to keep the house in good decorative order so it was a challenge to sell. Paul and his delightful team took control of the whole process, marketing, viewings, remedial works which became necessary, offers and negotiations around them and clinching the final deal. At every stage, I was kept informed and given clear options and recommendations. I was always confident that the best was being done without my presence. The business deserves to prosper.

From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries.
