I have no hesitation in recommending them. I would not have purchased my property without the encouragement, help and huge support from them. Use them when you can.
15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I approached this agent first when looking to rent and although there was a very speedy view of a nearby flat, I was given the hard sell approach. I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails not only about the flat I viewed (tried to get me to do a 2nd viewing) but from other offices regarding property that wasn't suitable. I think this approach doesn't help anyone - either agent or client.

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
