The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

Even in difficult market conditions they are positive about Sales.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.
19th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Well, what can I say?......................Fantastic!<br>From the first contact in the office with Evie to arrange a valuation, through to completion and handing the keys over, the overall experience with Reeds Rains, Garstang was second to none!<br>Evie, Mark and Mairead were professional, courteous and attentive throughout the whole process of selling the property.<br>Mark's knowledge of the local housing market and the area, made the decision to sell with Reeds Rains a one horse race.<br>Myself and my brother were updated at every stage of the process by Mairead and it made what could've been a stressful experience a pleasure.<br>Overall, I would recommend Reeds Rains , Garstang for selling a property without giving it a second thought!

She gave me lots of useful advice, clearly explained the different options available to me and helped me understand which option would be best for my circumstances. Her guidance and support made the whole process much easier to navigate. I am very grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Samantha to anyone buying a property.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We found the whole team at Farrow & Farrow very polite and helpful. The whole selling process is very emotive and the advice given about marketing and presenting our property was incredibly beneficial. The house write up by Peter was exceptional and the photographs by Emma showed the property off perfectly. Along side a powerful marketing video using photos, video and drones. Viewings held by Emma were informative and her ability to remember all the details was outstanding. The house is a unique 250yr old converted farmhouse in the challenging top end of the market therefore took some time to sell but all the team remained encouraging and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Peter even took time to show us all the aspects of how they promote and sell properties which was encouraging for us. Somehow as busy as they are we always felt apart of the process and we were delighted of course when a new buyer was found. We cannot thank the team enough for helping sell our property.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

They failed to answer basic questions from potential buyers and failed to sell a fairly standard property which subsequently sold easily. Then tried to fleece me for commission. Avoid at all costs.

Teresa and Saul are amazing they are a joy to interact with and have always resolved any issues that have arisen. Any maintenance that has been needed has been dealt with quickly and they are happy to help with any queries or concerns you have. I honestly can't recommend the staff I mentioned previously enough.

They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

5th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
