16th Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have recently dealt with Knight Partnership Lettings in Stamford and I can honestly say they are one of the friendliest, most approachable and helpful estate agents I have ever dealt with and really go out of their way to do all they can. I needed some help with modern technology in making a recent application and they really go out of their way to help. I would thoroughly recommend and score them far and away above many other estate agents. Many thanks
6th Dec 2024 (10 weeks ago)Firstly I met with Victoria which established the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with your line of business. She was smart, experienced and knew the market and challenges. It was very comforting and then to be followed up by Sue, James and the selling Ladies , one of whom out of the three I thought a little dippy, but having said that she was probably the one who showed the new buyers around! Very quickly there were people through the door and many of them! Yes, my house is in a great location and reasonably laid out but “Rightmove” is not the only vehicle that sells houses! It’s a true credit to Savills and Victoria who lead the charge, and made this trip enjoyable. Thank you, Lesley FORROW??

6th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)I wish I could give no stars. They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.

I would like to appreciate Makayla , Ella, Georgia and Molly for their efficiency, support and advice through out the process. I wish success for Connells , Northampton for their all endeavours.
23rd Sep 2024 (20 weeks ago)Please do not go with this group of cowboys. We rented our property with them for one year and the experience was horrendous. Their electrician quoted £1500 for work, we then got the work completed be a different qualified electrician for £150. The staff were very rude and pushy towards using their own tradesmen, that’s if you could speak with a member of staff on the phone without them cutting you off. They have taken 2 months rent payments from our tenant who is a pensioner with limited funds, even though their contract has ended, we have been fighting to get this money returned for the past 3 weeks, with no joy as yet, even though they admit it is entirely their fault, they each blame different departments. Absolutely would never recommend this company.

2nd Oct 2024 (19 weeks ago)I recently had many unhappy experiences with the letting team in Wellingborough branch. Several things sharing here for anyone who wants to choose them, please reconsider! 1) They reduced the listing price without my consent; 2) They assumed I would use their full management service and charged me incorrect fees without any clarification. 3) When I tried to get support, all I received is their blame me not responding to them (which I did but to a different team member. You can tell they don’t communicate internally). After this contract, I will never choose them.

31st Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)I recently completed a property sale that involved a large chain with multiple agents and solicitors, one of whom was causing significant delays. The agent I was purchasing from, Michael Graham, was also not as proactive as I’d hoped. After 16 weeks of mounting stress, I decided to call my buyer’s agent, Stuart from O'Riordan Bond. Stuart’s professionalism, sharpness, and efficiency were remarkable. He handled every situation swiftly, and his approach was leagues above the other agents involved in the chain—it was like night and day. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I’ve dealt with countless agents, but Stuart stands out as the best. Thanks to his efforts, we reached completion within just two weeks, relieving a tremendous amount of stress, even though he wasn’t directly my agent. If not for Stuart’s intervention, we’d likely still be waiting to complete. Thank you, Stuart Carter—you truly made all the difference.

The process from start to finish was very quick and not complicated. When I entered the property for the first time, I was really impressed with how clean it had been left for me. I have now been in the property for just over a week and I'm really happy with it and feel very much at home. Super friendly staff too.

10th Sep 2024 (22 weeks ago)The staff are polite enough when being interacted with regarding our property that we rent. However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.
