From the moment we stepped into the lovely little bungalow with Rachel, we knew we were in good hands. They didn’t just help us buy a house; they paved the way for a future brimming with joy, love, and countless opportunities. This home may not be our forever destination, but it’s a meaningful stepping stone and investment for our children’s future. We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest. He was charming, thorough and really sold the property. 26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)Emma was good throughout the process and stayed contactable in every process. We were moved flats into one with a higher cost due to the previous tenants deciding to return, which was an inconvenience and feels as if they should've been asked first, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend moving places. Edit: Just moved out after spending my 2nd year of Uni in one of Moving places' properties and I am glad to report that it was a pleasant experience. Throughout the ending months of the tenancy, Dev was very helpful and saved us tons of money and hassle, keeping what would usually be a stressful part of a rental contract, nice and relaxed. Thanks again to moving places, Emma and Dev for your help.

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.

He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicated very clearly. He answered all my questions, and made time to view the property again. Everybody says that buying a house is stressful, but in my situation I can say it was an easy, enjoyable process, which took 8 weeks from the first viewing to completion. Lewis is a great asset to the team, I am very grateful to all of them for helping me buy my dream home! I would highly recommend OB!
