We were working to a very tight turnaround after our rental property was sold, which made the whole situation quite stressful. Samuel really understood the pressure we were under and went above and beyond to support us. He made the entire process feel seamless and far less overwhelming than we expected. A huge thank you to Emma Sherwin, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, everything felt quite overwhelming at times, but Emma was always patient, supportive, and quick to answer any questions we had. She kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole journey feel much less stressful. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. We’re so grateful for all her help in making our first home purchase such a positive experience. Highly recommend Bairstow Eves, especially Emma Sherwin!

They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process. The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch. Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.

22nd Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

10th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)The viewing with Lewis was the best accompanied viewing we have ever had and, being in our 80s, we can fairly say we have had a few! He was there before us, had the property opened up, lights on, and standing waiting at the gate. He was immaculately dressed - a beautiful suit and tie, rather than open neck shirt, scruffy shoes etc which seem to be standard these days. And for us, the most impressive thing in these days of just on line photographs - a little folder of printed out photographs with a description of each picture, floor plan and other relevant details. Again, a first in our current batch of house hunting - our last sale/purchase was over 20 years ago when you actually had a printed brochure about the property you were viewing in your sticky little hand. Had we known how superior was the attitude of BE towards the sale of their properties we would have used them for the sale of our own house. You will gather, we were suitably impressed.
