In particular Sarah Rhodes was fab, always available to speak to and nothing was too much trouble. They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process. The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch. Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.

When it came time to sell, I knew I would only work with Oliver again.<br><br>I invited several estate agents to view my property, but none of them inspired the confidence that Oliver did. He is highly professional, honest, straightforward, and delivers an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Trying to find the right estate agent is a minefield!! Fortunately I backed a winner with Shaun McArthur and his wonderful team and am more than delighted! From my first contact with Shaun himself, everything was perfect and when I visited the office I was welcomed like an old friend. Matt has been very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings and we have enjoyed talking about our shared love of motorbikes!<br>Although the legal side of my property sale has been protracted and made tortuous by the buyers' solicitors, an inept leasehold management company and "red tape", I cannot fault McArthur Estate Agency at all and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.<br>Thank you for your help, great sense of humour and friendship over these difficult few months. 22nd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.
9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Although I haven't yet instructed Comfort Estates to let my property, I wanted to recognise the excellent service I received from Gabbie throughout my enquiries.<br><br>As an overseas property owner, I had a number of detailed questions about their letting and management services. Gabbie was consistently responsive, patient, and transparent in her replies. She took the time to address each of my queries, provided clear explanations of their terms, and arranged a rental valuation with my son, who was staying at the property at the time.<br><br>I particularly appreciated her professional approach and the fact that I never felt pressured to make a decision. Even after I decided to put my plans on hold, she remained understanding and offered to stay in touch for when I am ready to proceed.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Gabbie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional letting agent in Nottingham.
