I decided to go with Cockburn not only because their fee was competitive, but also because I felt they provided the most realistic valuation. It’s also good to support a local independent agent rather than a national chain. I trusted their post-offer support. As we know, the process can be extremely stressful, and a lot of things can go wrong, but Catherine kept communication between all parties clear and sent me regular updates from the buyer’s side and all the conveyancers involved. This contributed to a successful completion. Did I mention that Cockburn found the perfect buyer within days and negotiated the price like champions? I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cockburn. Thank you.

It was a long process with many ups and downs but Chattertons were supportive throughout. Jen’s support was especially invaluable, she was always available to answer any queries and was so proactive in communicating with us or problem solving where needed. An excellent agency who we would recommend to anyone !

None of this overly sales front or telling you what you want to hear. Honest, clear feedback, with excellent response times with all our enquiries and viewing follow ups. Although I'd like to mainly credit our home for this, but we sold in under 2 weeks and at the price we wanted. I don't think this would have been as possible without their involvement.

5th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

27th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
10th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Hi Folks! Well this post is coming from one happy camper here in the USA. As you can imagine it’s not easy to sell a property while living in another country. I had a disappointing ride with an agent from another company and after a year with them discovered Integra Estates. I was a bit nervous going with a lesser known company but soon realised the upside of that. The attention to detail and the communication was STELLAR! Every step of the way I felt that they were pro active as far as getting me a buyer. Many companies will sign properties just to have numbers in their books and then leave you hanging but that’s not the case with Integra Estates. Michael was my agent, a super great guy that worked so hard to sell my bungalow. The location was tricky so he had his work cut out but found great buyers for me. I highly recommend Integra Estates and would use them over a high street agency any day of the week!
