She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . This is how I would expect estate agents should be!

We really appreciated not only the professionalism from Harry, but also the reassurance he provided throughout the whole process. We were always able to pick up the phone or send an email, and Harry would respond with complete clarity and confidence we needed. Sadly, this is something we had not experienced with previous local agents before changing to Parkers. Harry was incredibly helpful, approachable, and reassuring from day one. Working with property services like this truly makes all the difference, especially for people like us who were moving on from our first home after nearly 10 years to our next family home. Parkers really made the difference for us, and it showed in their performance and the way they handled the sale. 9th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

Would absolutely recommend.- 18th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I am an independent, self employed property inspector and have been doing inspections on behalf of Chancellors in Thatcham and the surrounding areas for many years. Brooke and the team are friendly and have always been very helpful to ensure any issues are addressed quickly so that the jobs go ahead as smoothly as possible. If I was looking to rent I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend speaking with them.

5th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)From day 1 we had a large number or viewings all communicated promptly with dates and times. Feedback from viewers was always communicated well. Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.
22nd Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We recently bought our house from Farmer and Dyer and they were excellent in particular Simon. We had some uncertainty through the chain and he consistently went above and beyond to help even though this wasn’t his property but others in the chain. He always was responsive, proactive and made time to help and I think the main reason that everything worked out was because of him. Couldn’t recommend him and Farmer and Dyer enough!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Feedback was always received promptly from viewings, and negotiations on price carried out carefully with both parties being fully updated. Unfortunately, our move took over a year due to issues with the chain, completely outside Frank Schippers control. Karl worked tirelessly to resolve issues down the chain and to keep things moving and intact. Without Karl’s diligence the move wouldn’t have happened. Highly recommended the team at Frank Schippers.

Communication and an honest approach has enabled us to get to this point. Whilst at times we have felt like giving up, Michael has been proactively chasing the chain, sending multiple updates, keeping us informed at all times and kept us motivated for the end goal. By far the best agent out there.

The buying process was not easy there were a lot of complications however there communication and help during the process ( I was a 1st time buyer) was fantastic, I think without their help and support we would’ve pulled out but they hung in there with us and stayed patient. 9th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We thoroughly endorse Brockenhurst - they excelled at every point. We hadn’t moved for 33 yrs so we relied on their expertise. Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. As the house was sold, Dawn took charge and was tremendous- exceptionally efficient and charming. So, well done, Brockenhurst! A pleasure dealing with you.
14th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Really disappointing experience. My partner rented a property that was heavily affected by ongoing anti-social behaviour, which made living there very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the property manager, Bradley Lusted, was often unavailable and extremely difficult to reach when issues needed to be addressed. On top of that, once the tenancy ended there was a significant lack of transparency and communication regarding the deposit. It was unclear what was happening and responses were slow or nonexistent. Overall, the lack of support, communication, and accountability made the whole experience frustrating and stressful.
