21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Best letting agency I dealt with the London branch and I am absolutely impressed with how well organised and structured their services are. Provided by professional, friendly and lovely agents. Starting from viewing the property to the check out communication was swift and clear. A lot of support provided from information on renting guidance to check out inventory, repairs services with a hotline. The repairs service could be through a link or a WhatsApp messaging line. They usually respond immediately and raise the job to the trades person or company they deal with. Most repairs were solved in a short time frame. They also send property care guide at the beginning of winter to flag any issues related to the weather. I got the impression that the agency is really good at ensuring both parties (the landlord and tenant ) are satisfied with any dealings or requests. Moreover, the contract they provided was comprehensive and detailed with no hidden clauses or vague statements. Everything was clearly stated ensuring our rights are protected as well as our duties as tenants clearly communicated. I definitely recommend this agency

From the initial valuation together with the ongoing support once my property was sold, through to them liaising with my solicitors and the estate agents from who I am purchasing my next property. Fees are always a bit of a contender when selling ..but you get what you pay for and they have definitely proved they are worth it with there helpfulness and professionalism.

He convinced us he would be able to sell our house, he was very professional, in fact the whole team at AH Lansley were very professional. They kept you updated from the time of viewings, then feedback after the viewings. Lauren did the viewings and kept us informed all the way along. Would not hesitate to recommend A H Lansley to all my friends
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)They kept us hanging on with a potential buyer who obviously wasn’t going to buy and withdrew after 6 months. We gave Downers the required 4 weeks notice they asked for, and they immediately (same day) withdrew our advert on Rightmove and took down the For Sale sign. They said we would still need to pay them if we found a buyer during that 4 weeks. We eventually sold without an estate agent.

Ollie came to value our house that we had lived in for over 25 years and made the difficult decision to put our house on the market much easier. Danny was brilliant throughout our sales process and we achieved a price for our house that we were very happy with. Then Kev helped to get us over the line to completion. Thanks for all your hard work. I must also mention Janine at Lamb Brooks, who was extremely helpful in getting our sale and purchase finalised. I have worked with many estate agents over the years and I can quite honestly say that I was impressed with Simon’s professional approach and attention to detail. Throughout the process he kept my daughter well informed about the progress, he did a good job of communicating any issues that came up and skillfully facilitated communication between all parties. I can recommend his company to anyone purchasing or selling if you want to get a bespoke service that is better than what is usually provided by larger firms.
