21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.
15th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

Over the years they have always been quick to find me tenants who have always paid the rent each month with no problems. Julia always gets me a good rent price. I’m very happy with their service.
9th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for a brilliant estate agent. His knowledge, communication and feedback went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

6th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)If you can choose anyone to help you through the buying process, I’d HIGHLY recommend Branislav. From the beginning he has been attentive, informative and supportive in a multitude of ways. He explains everything A-Z which makes first time buyers, like myself and my partner, feel more in control and understand the process. Branislav communicates well, chases third parties for you and stands in your corner. He even called us late at night when I was asking far too many questions just to put us at ease and get a move on with things. He ensures that you get good value for money on the properties you view and in general is open and honest in all areas of property purchasing. We look forward to the rest of the journey and would thoroughly recommend Bran to anyone starting the process of getting a mortgage, or any other need - he’s more than competent, trustworthy and honest.

13th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Simon at Warren Powell Richards enough. He found me a really great tenant so quickly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and made the whole process feel seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring he was throughout. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, Simon was always there to explain things clearly and put me at ease. His communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuinely brilliant agent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
28th May 2026 (29 days ago)I can't praise Garton Jones Estate Agents (Chelsea & Belgravia) highly enough. They have helped me with the letting of my ex partners flat after her sudden passing in 2024. They have been exceptional going above and beyond anything I expected at this difficult time. They have now just organised the sale of the property and have dealt with everything they possibly could in a professional and timely manner to ensure the smooth sale. Particular thanks Ruth Osatch, thanks for everything Ruth, you're a legend.
4th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

She provided amazing support throughout the whole process of renting our apartment and made everything feel so smooth and stress-free. She was always friendly, super responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. Harriet really went above and beyond to help us, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. We’re so grateful for all her help and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a place to rent!

21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!
