11th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Whilst looking for houses in the Byfleet area we met with Lucas a few time whilst considering a house they were offering, who I can only describe as a real gentleman. Such a lovely young man, who is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I didn’t end up buying through them but wanted to leave this feedback as it is not often you meet a genuine estate agent who is working hard for both the buyer and seller.

She has an impressive knowledge of the houses and the local area, pointing out details and insights we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. June was patient, approachable, and happy to answer all our questions, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.
4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

There was no time wasting or hiding anything — everything about the flat was explained clearly and exactly as expected. A special thanks to Khotol, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and made the whole decision-making process so much easier for us. Whenever I had any doubts or questions, she informed me immediately and kept us updated at every step. And not forgetting Jason! He was also fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend Henry Wiltshire to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us. We would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful. 22nd Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Finding a good agent is not easy, it is more luck than judgement. Harris Wickens have been exceptional. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.

10th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)I have been working closely with IW Estates over the last few weeks as they take over the management of my property portfolio. The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
