We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

We met Lois at the property and she was polite, engaging and professional. Lois took us through the process including negotiating with the landlord on a move in date that was agreeable to all parties. We cant thank Lois enough for her support and guidance. Furthermore, we should also mention the team at Sudbury, especially Nicol, who was able to support us when Lois was not available. Thank you for making this happen Lee and Cindy

I first contacted Mark after being recommended to him and, from our very first conversation, he was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. When he visited my property, he immediately understood the difficulties I was facing and showed a level of kindness and compassion that I will never forget. Mark went above and beyond to help me. He dedicated a huge amount of his own time to researching my circumstances, providing expert advice, preparing detailed correspondence on my behalf, and ensuring that everything was properly documented. He even covered postage costs himself, despite having absolutely nothing to gain financially from helping me. Throughout what has been an incredibly challenging and stressful period, Mark was a constant source of support. He was patient, professional, honest, and always willing to explain things clearly. His knowledge of the property and lettings sector is exceptional, but what really sets him apart is his integrity and genuine desire to help people. Without Mark's guidance, encouragement, and tireless efforts, I would never have made the progress I have today. 2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
