Sometimes you meet someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and refreshingly human in a way that is all too rare and Paul is exactly that. He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. His support throughout the process has meant a great deal. Buying our home through Paul has been an emotional journey, and he has handled it with real care and heart. 23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

The team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process of letting and managing. Communication is always clear and timely, and any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. What really stands out for me is their friendly and approachable attitude — they make what can often be a very stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to providing great customer service as second to none. Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. A special thank you to Sasha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her support, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Without a doubt the best thing about the agents are the team that do the viewings, they are great. Particularly Julia who is exactly who you want show casing your home, she is professional, warm and experienced. Julia without a doubt will sell your home to the right people.

14th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr. While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate. All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B. When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three. The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up. All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence. I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate. Well done, team!

We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Repeated failures, ignored emails, unreturned calls — do yourself a favour and avoid. Using Gibbs Gillespie has been nothing but a disaster. This has been the worst professional experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I appointed Gibbs Gillespie to manage my property, but in practice I encountered repeated failures and ended up having to manage the property, the tenant and the contractors myself. The complaints process has been equally poor. In my experience, Gibbs Gillespie failed to take proper responsibility or deal with the live issues in any meaningful way. I recently dealt with Aston and Eve but have had a long list of property managers as people end up leaving the company. I have also been passed between a long list of property-management contacts, with limited continuity or ownership. Whatever the internal reason, the result for me as a landlord was confusion, delay and constant re-explaining. My experience was repeated failures, ignored emails, unreturned calls, poor ownership and a complete lack of diligence. One urgent issue took over 30 days before I even received sight of a quote. By that point, emails had gone unanswered, the tenant was escalating, and I had to step in from overseas to resolve it myself. When I asked for an explanation for the delay, there was simply no proper response. Sadly, this was far from isolated. Almost every interaction involved repeated chasing and begging for someone to respond to an email. This has left me out of pocket as landlord. For example, damage relating to insurance claims was not passed on to me in a timely manner. They also asked me to choose tile replacements without including the attachments, failed to respond properly to my chasers, and I have been left with a poorly finished bathroom. The tenant has had an equally poor experience. The tenant’s complaint appeared to go unacknowledged, and his requests were not passed to me in a timely manner. Gibbs were so ineffective that the tenant and I had to communicate directly, completely undermining the point of having a property management agent at all. Their attempt at fixing a bathroom leak involved six different call-outs, all paid for by me, a multi-thousand-pound bill, and I have been left with tiles that do not match the size, finish or texture of the bathroom. In my view, the end result has materially damaged the finish of the room. The complaints process has also been woefully inadequate. I raised serious service failings and expected proper investigation and accountability. Instead, I received process-heavy replies, requests to provide more evidence, and vague assurances while the live issues remained unresolved. In my opinion, Gibbs Gillespie’s property management service has been completely inadequate. I paid for a managing agent, but ended up having to repeatedly chase, resolve issues myself and speak to the tenant directly. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!

Special thanks to Charlie who walked us through the process from start to finish.<br><br>As first time buyers there were lots of things we didn’t know but Charlie was always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. He kept us informed throughout the purchase, was quick to respond to emails and calls and helped make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br><br>We would highly recommend Robert Luff to anyone buying or selling a property and especially Charlie for his unbelievable service couldn't ask for anyone else be our agent!!<br><br>Thank you again for helping us buy our first home!

We had the sale up with another agent for 6 months within 2 weeks with Marsh Parsons 3 offers and it completed last week. Whenever we called they listened and acted swiftly but they helped in anyway they could. Phil and I do not have enough words to put down on this team focus,service and most of all listening Well Done Team Joy and Phillip
