6th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I have been receiving a service from Hoopers and a Hoopers associate for over 20 years. They look after managing my flat so well that I know that I am in good hands. It is reassuring,, that they make sure that all the safety requirements are in place. More recently Shenae has been my main contact person and she is efficient, accessible, engaging, polite and overall very professional at what she does. For example Hoopers needed a set of keys, but Shenae made the time to collect the tenants key, got the spare keys cut and then returned the tenants keys to them. That made it really easy and saved my time as a landlord. Thank you Hoopers for such an excellent service. Dr LW MBE

14th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Excellent company to do business with for the selling of my house.<br><br>All the staff at the Belvedere Branch were totally professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of my questions i had throughout the process of which there were many.<br>A special mention has to go to George Bontoft who literally went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible and was the calm voice of reason.<br><br>I would have no problem recommending this company and especially the Belvedere Branch to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.

Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.- 25th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)’ve had such a lovely experience with Amelia throughout my property search. Communication was clear and consistent, everything was explained properly, and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish.<br><br>They found suitable tenants in a very short time, and all the paperwork and arrangements were handled professionally and efficiently. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.<br><br>I would highly recommend Mudasir Ahsan and RE/MAX Star to anyone looking for a professional and reliable estate agent. 4th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We had a long an frustrating time trying to sell my wife's parents bungalow after probate, not helped at all by the first estate agent we used who overpriced it in the first place and did very little to support the sale. We changed to Bear half-way through, and whilst things were still complicated by us losing a couple of buyers at the last minute, they were far more proactive and supportive. We have now finally completed. Special thanks to Megan, who in the end made it her personal mission to get us over the line.

The marketing process was smooth, and our property sold very quickly. We encountered some unexpected issues along the way, but Tom and Brad handled everything professionally and supported us throughout, ensuring the sale went through. 23rd Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We recently bought a flat through presidential estates in Loughton. We worked with Stewart on the sales side and Sophie who worked on progressing to completion. There were hiccups along the way - not caused by them - and both Stewart and Sophie helped make sure these things did not derail the process. There as an issue re the EPC being inaccurate that Stewart resolved (which the solicitors refused to do). They were both also available at all times (including when Sophie wasn’t working officially) which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them on either a sale or another purchase as they were both brilliant.

Our estate agent, Ehab, successfully helped us find suitable tenants within our original timeline.<br><br>At the start, he explained the entire process clearly and guided us through all the necessary legislative requirements. While a few typical issues popped up along the way, Ehab was always approachable, highly responsive, and handled everything kindly and professionally so they were resolved before becoming major problems.<br><br>Overall, we are very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend them.
