2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience. I have never dealt with an estate agent that behaved so unprofessionally and dishonestly. After my offer was accepted and I proceeded in good faith, I later discovered that the estate agent was actively trying to secure a higher offer instead. It felt as though they had no respect whatsoever for transparency, fairness, or basic professional ethics. Throughout the process I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and I was left with the clear impression that their priority was not to act honestly but simply to extract as much money as possible from the situation. The entire experience left me feeling deceived and manipulated. What should have been an exciting property purchase became a stressful and frustrating ordeal because of the conduct of this agency. Trust is essential when dealing with property transactions, and unfortunately I found their actions completely undermined that trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a fair and honest service.

Shaun was very patient and explained everything in detail. He kept me updated on everything. Thanks to everyone at Elms Bethnal Green.

Answering questions and chasing up when needed. Cant fault these 2 amazing ladies. Highly recommend. If you're looking to buy in the area, they will guide you through the whole process.

18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently worked with Gemma on a flat purchase and she was brilliant in helping push the sale over the line. She was proactive, kept me informed throughout the process and was always approachable and professional. She was also very knowledgeable and if there was ever anything she didn’t know, she was honest about it and took the time to find out rather than giving vague answers - something I’ve unfortunately experienced with other agents. My only criticism would be that the original listing could have been clearer regarding the ownership and rights surrounding the courtyard. Aside from that, it was a positive experience, I'm extremely happy to be in and I’d happily recommend Gemma!

Very very easy with these guys, kept me up to date constantly and kept their word. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Connor

They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain! We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I first used Jacksons in 2022. They marketed the property well and arranged and conducted the viewings for me. They provided prompt feedback from the viewings and offered advice as to the best way to proceed. They were very easy to contact and always got back to me when I left a message. This year (2026) I used Jacksons again recently for the sale of my late father's home. Once again they were excellent at marketing the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback and were easy to get in touch with. The sale completed from start to finish in just over three months. I would definitely use Jacksons again in the future.

6th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged a viewing for a rental property and received confirmation that the appointment had been booked. Shortly afterwards, I noticed the property had been marked as "let agreed" on social media, yet nobody from the company contacted me to cancel or explain the situation. When I chased them for clarification, I was told it was an error and that my viewing would still be going ahead. I then took a day off work to attend the viewing, only to receive a text message cancelling the appointment while I was sitting outside the property. After calling the office and struggling to get a clear answer, I eventually spoke with Tori and a new viewing was arranged for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I saw on Instagram that the property had once more been advertised as "let agreed", yet nobody contacted me. I had to chase the company again and was eventually informed, less than 24 hours before the rearranged viewing, that the property was no longer available. The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I wasted annual leave, spent considerable time chasing updates, and was repeatedly left in the dark about the status of the property. Had the company communicated proactively and professionally, this could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to deal with them again.

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Bonita to anyone in need of real estate services!
