28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I have recently moved out of a flat managed by Elms, but wanted to leave a review to flag the great experience I had with them. My point of contact throughout was Nasim, he was always very responsive to any issues I had, making sure they were quickly dealt with. A massive difference from other agencies I’ve had to work with as a tenant in the past.<br><br>Nasim also helped to quickly get me rehoused after an issue in another flat I had been renting, finding me an available property within a day of being told I’d have to move out. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for professional, responsive, and friendly letting agents.

21st Aug 2026 (26 days ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.
