1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not a good experience. We arranged a viewing and travelled there, only to be left waiting outside. The communication was not clear and calls were not answered when we were already there. The guy said he won’t be able to make it for the viewing.<br><br>I would suggest anyone arranging a viewing with them call and confirm shortly before leaving your home, even if the viewing has already been agreed, just to make sure someone is actually available. It would save a lot of unnecessary time and travelling.<br><br>Hopefully they can improve their communication and be more considerate of people’s time.

Niki gave me the perfect choice and now it’s my place, after Niki run a loooot to make sure that I get it! In all the process, she was super careful, very pro active, always responsive! I’m really satisfied with all of her work! Thank youuu!

Their professionalism, care and commitment made such a difference throughout our move, and we always felt we had people in our corner.<br><br>Tracy deserves a special mention. Quite honestly, she did a better job than our conveyancer at keeping things moving and making sure we knew what was happening. Her persistence, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were outstanding.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Tracy and Craig. If you’re looking for estate agents who genuinely care and see things through, we would wholeheartedly recommend Johnson and Jones. Five stars, thoroughly deserved!

10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Moat Housing did not take seriously my complaints about my next door neighbour harassing my cat for months back in 2023. Google would not let me post photos showing the state of my cat from July to December 2023 during which time the neighbour was intimidating him to get at me because she did not want me (and other neighbours) to walk on the communal grass behind the block of flats, so to put me off she targeted my innocent cat. My cat became terrified of her, only her and not other neighbours. I was forced to move out after just 11 months. The Moat Housing building in Tunbridge Wells where I lived looks like a Victorian prison. Moat did not maintain the building exterior in the 11 months I lived there. The communal areas were very depressing. Most also did not address my complaint about an Asian male neighbour who came out wearing nothing but a piece of cloth around him.
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)An absolute premium experience - the whole team at Hamptons, in particular Sam and Tara, offer the highest standard of service, skill and expertise throughput the entire letting process. Their local market knowledge is invaluable, their speed and agility in onboarding properties and sourcing Tennants is outstanding, the vendors they partner with, eg photos, are first class. The whole process is seamless, they are responsive and we felt completely at ease in their care from start to finish. Could not recommend Hamptons more highly, they offer above and beyond the high street agency at every turn.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Quite simply brilliant! Fantastic all round service on selling our house. I’ve bought and sold quite a few properties and always dread the ‘vetting’ stage, where the usual process is to be given a load of corporate ’babble’ followed by vastly over inflated valuation with the aim of securing your business. Refreshingly none of this happened when Tom came to visit. He gave a an honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions and suggested some innovative marketing strategies which differentiated knight and Knoxley from other agents. Initially I was fearing that the not being tied into any time based contract was some sort of ‘estate agent Jedi mind trick’, far from it…..it was true and again differentiated them from the competition. Following instruction, they more or less immediately secured an above asking price offer and then, Nat followed through with the sale. He brilliantly dealt with the inevitable ‘bumps’ along the way, providing sound guidance leading to the completion of the sale allowing our family to move on with the next chapter of our lives. I will be ever grateful to Tom and Nat for all their assistance and just generally being decent blokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

He is always on hand to answer questions, offer valuable advice and provide reassurance whenever needed. His guidance and support have made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.<br><br>I would highly recommend Leaders Witham to anyone looking to sell their property.
