28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have recently moved out of a flat managed by Elms, but wanted to leave a review to flag the great experience I had with them. My point of contact throughout was Nasim, he was always very responsive to any issues I had, making sure they were quickly dealt with. A massive difference from other agencies I’ve had to work with as a tenant in the past.<br><br>Nasim also helped to quickly get me rehoused after an issue in another flat I had been renting, finding me an available property within a day of being told I’d have to move out. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for professional, responsive, and friendly letting agents.

Also Maria was always there at the end of the phone. I also would like to Thank Katrina for coming to the property and getting all this started, and Thank you to Mohammed for doing all the viewings

From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. She is professional, kind, always available, and very responsive throughout the whole process. She was always happy to help and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

From start to finish I have been kept up to date by the very professional, helpful and friendly team, nothing being too much trouble. I am so pleased we picked them instead of one of the other chain Estate Agents, more personable and felt they were more friends than people running a business. I highly recommend using them.

They not only found us a buyer in a matter of days but also an amazing new house when our original purchase fell through!<br>They fixed the chain incredibly quickly when it broke quite far down the line and were very good at keeping us updated throughout.<br>The team are great, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. 28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Outstanding service from the whole Kearns team (Jason, Jack, Inshaal & Louis)<br><br>I cannot recommend Kearns Estate Agents in West Drayton highly enough. My property was listed with them for around two months and during that time I received five offers.<br><br>What really stood out was the quality of the buyers they brought through the door. Buyers were properly vetted before viewings, so I never felt that my time was being wasted. Communication was brilliant throughout, with a call and feedback after every viewing.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Inshaal, who conducted most of my viewings. Pretty much every buyer she brought to the property made an offer, so she definitely became my lucky charm! ??????<br><br>Jack and Louis were also amazing. Everyone added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process. The whole team took the time to understand what I needed and, importantly, not once did they try to encourage me to lower my price, which was very different from my experience with other agents.<br><br>Kearns did an incredible job of understanding both the selling points and the value of my property, and they worked hard to bring serious potential buyers through the door.<br>Finally, a huge thank you to Jason. He was fantastic throughout, offering different perspectives based on his experience, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel valued as a client.<br><br>I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Kearns team. Their communication, professionalism, personal approach and commitment were outstanding.
