27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

Even though we didn’t end up getting the property, we’re still very grateful for how kind and supportive she was to us throughout. Thank you for making the viewing experience such a positive one!

21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently completed on a house purchase through Bracketts, which was a bit of a rollercoaster and had lots of ups and downs. Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. Highly recommend Brackett’s Tonbridge.

1st Jun 2026 (19 days ago)My agent, Jakub, earned my confidence early in our working relationship by telling my what first time buyers were looking for in a property and being honest with me and telling me my property was not an ideal fit. Instead, I should be aiming for a cash buyer who would in all likelihood refurbish the property throughout. Sure, enough the eventual buyer was a small property company. Jakub acted as an intermediary between myself and the buyer assuring me that the protracted conveyancing process was out both our hands. This was especially important when at times I felt like throwing in the towel. Overall, a fantastic job by Jakub in selecting my target audience and helping me through those down days during the conveyancing process.
29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.

Nav made the process a lot easier and smooth sailing he was very helpful and exceptionally quick at responding to calls and emails which I was very pleased with. He was very kind and explained the process very well and any questions or concerns I had, Nav was very confident and helpful with his responses.

She is very personable and great at communicating and has always offered me a wide range of properties to review. I think Adam Hayes are by far the best agents in the Finchley area and I would highly recommend consulting with them for anything property related.
31st Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.

28th May 2026 (23 days ago)Great estate agents that got us our rental, they were really quick in replying and in getting everything to us. There were some roadblocks due to sickness but both Ruby and Siobhan went above and beyond to get everything sorted for our move in date!
