Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

From my first contact she talked me through the shared ownership process so I could support my 21 year old son to find his first flat. 27th May 2026 (24 days ago)Honestly the process has been so easy. The team has been amazing and Katie has been so helpful with the moving process. I’m a severe stress head when it comes to moving but she has honestly made it so much easier and been so helpful with everything regarding paperwork and answering any questions we have had regarding the process. She is so polite and friendly which has made this experience so much more special considering this is me and my partners first home together and we wanted the experience to be a positive one and thanks to Katie it has. I would definitely want to stay with this company when moving in the future.
25th May 2026 (26 days ago)Abi and the team at Tudor and Co recently helped me buy my first house and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The purchase was not straight forward due to a lack of confidence in the vendors solicitors however Abi kept me updated every step of the way and pushed for updates to assist in pushing the sale through. I work abroad often and having never bought a house before I wasn’t sure of the processes or timescales and Abi was extremely supportive and proactive. Down the line when I come to sell the property I shall definitely be engaging Tudor and Co!
10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I chose Havilands specifically because Get Agent told me they had most sales in my area recently. The meeting with them was kept clear and brief- no nonsense. The pricing proved to be realistic. The numbers they were getting in to see the place was good. It was clear that they want what we want ie to get a sale with as little delay or fuss as possible to take their cut and move on. they were also helpful in recommending a conveyancing solicitor with a similar view of working speedily and well.

Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we had an offer and we have been singing their praises. Please do give them a ring you will be looked after from day one.

I have been a tenant in this property for the past five years and I can say for free that she has been one, if not the best property manager that I have encountered.
