Not only was he always approachable with our questions, often meeting us in person for anything however small but his knowledge of the area is unrivalled. This level of experience is rare but is essential with these kind of listed properties. Would highly recommend Howard and Aston Chase.

We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

He has consistently gone above and beyond to help, always making himself available to answer questions, provide reassurance and keep everything moving. He is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about delivering an excellent service. 4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.

Les and his team were excellent at giving us advice, providing feedback from all the viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.

They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????

A special mention to Hassen, who I worked with from start to end of the process, and who was friendly, communicative, responsive, honest, positive and super upbeat throughout. Would definitely approach King and Chasemore to list again in future.

Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.

He kept in regular communication with updates and provided reassurance at each stage. 29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very poor experience with the manger, who called to apologise and then seemingly complained about this accurate review - granted he was covering the Crouch End branch but this review is entirely accurate.<br>The fact of the matter is that an offer was not fed back on.<br>Avoid.

She was incredibly helpful, approachable and supportive in guiding us through.<br>Also, a big thank you to Michael on the mortgage side.
